Three Sikh Sisters. One dream. Unbreakable resolve.

In Budhlada, Punjab’s least literate district, Rimpi, Beant, and Hardeep Kaur grew up watching their mother return home from daily wage work and their father quietly serve as a granthi at the local gurdwara.

What the family lacked in resources, they made up for in resolve.
Education was never compromised.

And now? All three sisters have cleared the UGC NET in their first attempt—without coaching, without shortcuts.

Rimpi (28): MCA, wants to become a Computer Science professor.

Beant (26): MA in History.

Hardeep (23): MA in Punjabi.

Late nights, shared notes, and a belief in each other carried them through.

“All three daughters have made me proud,” their father told Deccan Herald.

And the sisters?

“We studied very hard. Now we want to support our parents.”

From sacrifice to success, their journey is a lesson in grit.
