Monday motivation and action item you can do!
Sharing with you the journal prompts I used today to:
✅ review how my week went
✅ look back to the things I'm grateful for
✅ quick planning of this week

1. How did last week go?
- Small wins I’m celebrating
- Challenges I faced
- What drained my energy
- What gave me joy or clarity
- What I learned (about myself, others, or life)
- One thing I wish I handled differently
2. Gratitude
"What is one thing I often take for granted that I’m grateful for today?" Could be something small but meaningful. Some samples (ie. from me: waking up beside my daughter, having focus time for myself to do journaling, some time to have a good conversation with my husband)
3. Start-of-Week
"What would make me feel proud and fulfilled by the end of this week?"
→ Set small but specific things
- One thing I want to accomplish at work
- One thing I want to do for myself
- One relationship I want to nurture
- One thing I will not stress over this week
I usually do a weekly review every Saturday but my weekend has been all about work and errands so doing this on Monday morning today.
