Purity Gitonga has proven to be a leader that has the interests of the people. She understands that the solution to most social and economic inequalities is education.
Given a chance, she'll ensure that more youth's go to school and get an education and this will increase the employability rate of our Youth's hence solving the issue of unemployment.

ELGEYO MARAKWET BANDITS ENGAGE POLICE OFFICERS IN DAYTIME FIERCE GUNS BATTLE IN A MAIZE FARM.

The National Police Service said its officers based at Chesegon had escorted Pokot farmers to harvest mangoes on their farms They reported that all went well until armed bandits from Marakwet East Sub-County crossed the border and attacked the farmers The service stated that the officers engaged the bandits in a fierce gun battle before restoring normalcy to the area.
