Ethan's hearing for July 26th was for probation violation for his extreme DUI guilty plea from Feb 2022. He was cited for driving on a suspended license in June 2022. He claims he was driving his mom’s car to the AZ State Capital for a political rally. The judge was NOT happy.

Ethan will surrender on August 24th 2023 and will serve 5 days. He will then serve 16 days on home detention with an ankle monitor. It looks like he will be in court, in Scottsdale, on August 31st with said ankle monitor.

• He was brought in earlier today (AZ's timezone), July 6th, 2023 for a "FAILURE TO COMPLY"

• On July 27th, 2023, he will be having a hearing at 8:30 a.m. , and then a PROBATION REVIEW.

2 hours later, the cops went out to the wrong address, his mothers.
I DO have the real address, which was posted by him (accidentally) on his telegram a while back in a letter banning him from PetSmart. If law enforcement needs it, feel free to send a message.
