But there's one thing that doesn't seem to be changing any time soon...

It's the same thing that has helped create wealth for those like Tesla's Elon Musk, Amazon's Jeff Bezos, Louis Vuitton's Bernard Arnault, Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg, and Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffet:

The opportunity to gain equity ownership in companies.
Now, here's something interesting about the men listed above...
Despite having some of the largest net-worth's in the world, none of them own a majority equity stake in those businesses.

As estimates:
- Jeff Bezos owns 9% of Amazon
- Bernard Arnault controls around 48% of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton
- Mark Zuckerberg owns 13% of Meta Platforms
- Warren Buffett owns 16% of Berkshire Hathaway
- Elon Musk owns 12.8% of Tesla

What sets these entrepreneurs apart isn't their ability to hold onto the whole "pie" for themselves, but rather to bake a bigger pie through acquisitions.

As the famous American industrialist, John D. Rockefeller, said, "I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people's efforts than 100% of my own efforts."

In the chart below, you can see the most valuable companies on the market often grow through acquisition...

And as entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors ourselves — We can do the same thing, starting on a smaller scale.

We sit now on the precipice of The Great Wealth Transfer, with many small business owners retiring & looking for someone to carry on their legacy.

It's factors like these that caused me to transition full-time into M&A about 7 years ago...

And helped me to do 22 deals (and counting).
