Fun Fact: 100% of enslaved Africans came from west and west central African nations. Why? It wasn’t cost effective for slave traders and slaveholders. They would’ve had to either travel across the largest continent on the planet or travel around it to reach Egypt, Ethiopia, or any other east African nation, which wasn’t feasible at that time.
