Please come along ladies

Date and Time - Saturday 6th June meeting at 8:20am in the water for 8:30am

Location - Blue Lake, Ebbw Vale

Meeting point - On the Roundabout just up from Morrisons petrol station in Ebbw vale

Please be advised to bring the following

A towel or Changing robe
Old shoes , Crocs or Water shoes

A smile an open mind and a belly full of laughs
