Take a moment next time you sit down to a meal and consider the people involved in making that meal possible for you. Go deep, not just the animal and plants who gave their life, or who cooked it and plated it, but think of each individual ingredient broken down to the smallest parts: Who planted/raised each one? Who harvested? Prepared and packaged? Who handled the shipment, brought it to its retailer? Etc, etc.

In today's world it's easy to feel lonely, and it's easy to get cynical and jaded toward people and "The World". Doing this can help you feel more connected to other people and realize The World is made up of people who are just like you, struggling to make all the ends meet and squeeze a little joy out of it when they can, and without all of us showing up and doing what we do, none of us would have anything.

We're all in this together, let's be grateful for each other.
