Captain Liz Clark, author of “Swell” about her solo sailing and surfing journey across the Pacific was the the next in the continuing interviews for season five of Big Deep! I have been trying to connect with Liz for six years now and finally had her on the show. What a great interview and an inspiring person. And this of course means that season five will be premiering later this year!

Very excited to announce that my podcast Big Deep has been nominated for an Ambie, which is considered the Oscars of podcasting and bestowed by the Podcast Academy.
Big Deep is a podcast about the ocean and has been shortlisted alongside some other high-profile shows, so I am super honored. And though the show has gotten popular over the years, it feels good to have the show recognized within the podcasting community.
Stay tuned as the Award Ceremony is on March 26th at the Beverly Hilton. Woot!
