Can I ask you something honest?

When you think about starting a business… what do you think it takes?

Because if you’re anything like us, you probably had a list in your head.

A brilliant idea nobody’s thought of yet.

A big budget sitting in the bank.

The right age.

The right time.

The right everything.

We had that list too.

And it kept us stuck for years.

Here’s what we’ve learned after actually doing this thing…

You don’t need a genius plan.

You don’t need to invent something from scratch.

You don’t need to be younger, smarter or braver than you already are.

You just need to be three things.

Hungry.

Willing.

Coachable.

That’s it.

That’s the whole list.

Phil and I started this journey when life pushed us, hard, not when we felt ready.

And the one thing that made the difference wasn’t what we knew.

It was that we were willing to learn.

Well, this is a first for us as house sitters.

Hermit Crabs

These are very elusive and also have a strict diet.

Specially packaged “Hermit Crab” food, and water of course!

We haven’t seen any in their tank as yet, but we’re hopeful.

I can say, they do t require much upkeep.

A tad boring if you ask me!

The pet to have when you don’t want pets I guess!

SOMETHING'S COMING TOMORROW AND I CAN BARELY SIT STILL ...

Tomorrow I get to do something that genuinely stopped me in my tracks when the invitation landed.

I've been introduced to one of the most sought-after coaches in the US right now, Danelle Delgado.

Our mentors Brent and Molly didn't just tell us about her... they flew to Colorado and spent three days at her home to learn from her personally.

That's the kind of investment that tells you everything about someone's calibre.

And tomorrow?

She's showing up in a webinar, and I have a seat.

I've already had a taste of her teachings and I'll be honest... the Alpha mindset work she does has already started shifting something in me. In us.

Phil and I didn't reinvent our lives by staying comfortable.

We did it by saying yes to the right rooms.

Tomorrow is one of those rooms.

I got to a point where what I was doing just wasn’t working anymore.

I was working two jobs, trying to stay on top of everything, and still feeling like I had no time and no breathing room.

No matter how hard I worked… it felt like I was always behind.
