We are just starting on the research for our deep dive into the Paul Kinsley aka PeeKayy lawsuits. After watching This week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills we have to give Erica and Boz full credit for giving direct and very sound advice. Boz has been in the highest levels of corporate America and Erika has intimate personal knowledge of how truly ruthless and manipulative a person can become, and how a once wealthy man can and will leave you penniless. Also with as calculating as PK appears to be (in our opinion) we are giving an even stronger side eye at Kyle for communicating in any way with PK after knowledge of his separation from her "friend" Dorit.

The saga of the OMG Girlz (a group founded and managed by Tiny) versus doll giant MGA Entertainment and its OMG dolls is done (at least until it undoubtedly appeals). A departure from our regular but so worth the listen, Cesie worked on the case for years taking it through two trials. The third (yes there were 3) was this September and the OMG Girlz scored a win- a MASSIVE win. Tune in to hear the facts and learn more about trials.

In this three part series, we are covering a lawsuit Erika's former costume designer filed against her, the secret service, her assistants, and American Express. We think the complaint gives the best overview of what occurred so in this episode we read through the second half of it and provide our thoughts.

This case discusses alleged corruption by Secret Service agents who conspired with Defendant Erika Girardi, a well-known television personality and theatrical performer, her assistants and employees, Defendant Laia Ribatallada and Defendant Michael Minden, Defendant AMEX, and its employee, Defendant Peter Grimm. It is alleged that all Defendants agreed and conspired to maliciously prosecute Chris Psaila for alleged wire fraud and identity theft by claiming Chris Psaila defrauded Erika Girardi by charging her AMEX card with false charges for goods and services under his business Marco Marco.
