“I don't feel that I’m any kind of hero. To me, the work had to be done. I was asked to do it. So, I did.” — Private First Class Joseph Lesniewski, Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Division

There is no greater calling than to serve your fellow men. There is no greater contribution than to help the weak. There is no greater satisfaction than to have done it well. - Walter Reuther

When we first met with the people at the Williston Police Department North Dakota, the first thing that stood out to us was how clear and passionate they were about the WHY behind what they do in the community. They have a clear mission and vision, and that always gets us so excited!

When we dove into the story development, we knew we wanted to take a different approach to this recruiting film. We wanted to really show the people behind the badge - giving you a look into their everyday lives outside of their work, showing that who they are as members of the community is who they are as police officers.

We had the chance to personally meet and work with so many wonderful people at the Williston PD over the course of the project. They are so genuine, love their family and their community - and personally care about what they do. We're excited to give you a look into their lives!

If you want to join the awesome team doing great things in their community, head to police.cityofwilliston.com.

Of course as with any project, it took a team of many amazing people to make it a reality! Thank you to each of our wonderful crew members that helped bring the vision to life:
