DECEASED PERSON FOUND - Manchester Police are on scene on 91 Maple St for a body found at 5:04pm. Mancherer Fire and AMR was dispatched to the area for a call of “Life Status Questionable”. At 5:05pm Manchester police were dispatched. There has been no official press release as of this posting. 9.2.25

TWO STABBED AFTER ALTERCATION AT ARMS PARK - On September 1, 2025, at approximately 11:30 PM, Manchester Police were notified by Elliot Hospital that a male had arrived at the Emergency Department with a stab wound to the hand. Minutes later, a second male arrived at the hospital with multiple stab wounds.

Patrol officers quickly determined the two incidents were connected and identified a crime scene at Arms Park.

The investigation revealed that the two males had been involved in an argument that escalated into a physical altercation, during which both sustained stab wounds.

Their injuries are considered non-life-threatening.

Sept. 2, 2025 REAL ESTATE MARKET REPORT FOR MANCHESTER NH
As the Fall Market arrive here in New Hampshire, lets take a look at current trends and show you what is FOR SALE, what is PENDING and what has SOLD. Manchester continues to be one of the Top Real Estate Markets in the Country.

The market is seeing changes as the days on market are increasing. Values have been mixed with most leveling out. We have been seeing some homes come down in price though. There has been a decrease in homes available for sale. There has been an increase on price reductions on homes on the market.

When we look at 2025 vs 2024 - the amount of closed sales is up.
- The average SFR sales price is up nearly $27,000
- The average Condo sales price is up nearly $18,000
- The average Multi Family sales price is up nearly $22,000

TESLA GOING 100 MPH DOWN EAST INDUSTRIAL PARK DR CRASHES INTO A HOUSE - On September 1, 2025, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Manchester Police responded to 733 Island Pond Road for a report of a vehicle that had crashed into a house.

Arriving officers discovered a white Tesla that had collided with the front of the residence, causing significant structural damage. Manchester Fire personnel forced entry into the home for a safety sweep and four dogs were located inside. The animals were unharmed, and no other occupants were present.

The driver, identified as 37-year-old Alan Piket of Tewksbury Ma, was on scene and uninjured.

An investigation revealed that prior to the crash, New Hampshire State Police encountered Piket’s vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Interstate 93 northbound. Troopers attempted to stop the vehicle, but Piket did not comply and exited the highway at Exit 6 (Candia Road).

He was later determined to have been driving in excess of 100 mph on East Industrial Drive, where
the posted speed limit is 30 mph.

At the intersection of East Industrial Drive and Island Pond Road, Piket lost control and struck the house.

Piket was taken into custody by Manchester Police and charged with Reckless Conduct with a Deadly Weapon and Criminal Mischief.

He is scheduled for arraignement today in Manchester District Court.
