Cottage cheese cookies "Rose": spent only 20 minutes, and we have been eating the whole family for a whole week!
Many mothers try in vain to talk their children to eat at least a little home-made cottage cheese, because it is so useful for the children's body. But our editors found a way out for inventive housewives. We present to your attention the airy rose cookie from the curd dough. No child has refused such beauty!
By the way, I found this recipe in my mother’s old notebook.
If you are preparing a large batch of cookies, be sure to keep it in the refrigerator.
Simple Curd Cookies
Ingredients:
450 g flour
250 g of cottage cheese
100 g margarine
1/2 tbsp. Sahara
1/4 tsp soda
1 g vanillin
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg yolks
Cooking:
Combine cottage cheese, melted margarine, sugar, vanillin, salt and egg yolks in a deep container.
Gradually add sifted flour with soda and knead tender dough. Be prepared for the fact that flour may need a little more: it all depends on the humidity of the cottage cheese.
Roll out the dough with a thickness of 2-3 millimeters and cut a glass with circles. Lap 3-4 circles and gently twist a tight roll.
Cut the roll into 2 parts. As a result, you get 2 roses.
When the dough is over and the roses are ready, put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake cookies at 120 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
Serve cottage cheese cookies, sprinkled with powdered sugar!
Have a nice tea for you and your family.
