A few days in Cabo that I didn’t really plan to document… and somehow came home with a camera roll full of memories. 🌴

Came for a bachelorette, stayed a little longer, and got very comfortable with pool days, pirate ships, good food, Riu parties and doing absolutely nothing in between.

Not every trip needs a content plan. Sometimes you just need to be there. 🤍

There was a time when traveling felt impossible.
Now I’m collecting passport stamps instead of excuses. ✈️

Every country gave me something different.

Mexico taught me to slow down.
Ireland showed me simplicity.
Canada became my second home.
Chile surprised me.
Italy made me fall in love with history.
Switzerland reminded me that nature is the greatest luxury.

6 countries that completely changed the way I see the world.

Every country taught me something different. Some gave me adventure, some gave me peace, and some made me question everything I thought I knew.

🇲🇽 Mexico
Where turquoise waters meet rich culture, vibrant streets, and some of the best food you’ll ever have. Every sunset feels like a movie.

🇮🇪 Ireland
Rolling green landscapes, dramatic cliffs, cozy pubs, and the friendliest people. It feels like stepping into a storybook.

🇨🇦 Canada
The perfect mix of city life and untouched nature. From snowy winters to endless lakes and mountains, it became more than a destination—it became home for a chapter of my life.

🇨🇱 Chile
One of the most underrated countries I’ve visited. From the Atacama Desert to Patagonia, the diversity of landscapes is unreal.

🇮🇹 Italy
History on every corner, breathtaking architecture, unforgettable pasta, and a culture that reminds you to slow down and enjoy life.

🇨🇭 Switzerland
Picture-perfect mountains, crystal-clear lakes, charming villages, and train rides that look straight out of a postcard.

Is the Athabasca Skywalk Worth It?

I’ll be honest...
The glass platform wasn’t what impressed me most.
It was everything around it.
Standing above the canyon, you start noticing just how massive the Rockies really are.
The glacier-fed river below.
The cliffs stretching for miles.
The mountains that somehow make you feel tiny in the best possible way.
The glass floor is fun.

But don’t make the mistake of rushing straight to it.
Take your time.
Walk the entire Skywalk.
Read the exhibits.
Look around.
That’s where the experience really is.

If you’re planning a stop here:
🚌 Your ticket includes a shuttle from the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre.
⏰ Give yourself about an hour.
📸 Don’t stop at the first viewpoint. The best views are further along.
🧥 Bring a jacket. It’s surprisingly windy.
👟 Comfortable shoes are all you need.

💛 My Take
People either love this stop...
Or skip it.
Personally?
I think it’s worth it—but only if you slow down enough to appreciate more than the glass platform.

🤍 My Favourite Moment
Watching people carefully take their first step onto the glass.....and then completely forgetting about it because the scenery stole the show.

🎒 If I Came Back...
I’d spend less time taking photos.....and more time just looking out over the canyon.

4 Banff experiences I’ll never forget 💛

When I think back to Banff...
I don’t remember the viewpoints first.
I remember the moments.
The freezing glacier water running through my hands.
The silence before sunrise at Moraine Lake.
The feeling of paddling across Lake Louise.
The wind on my face while speeding across Lake Minnewanka.
Those are the memories that stayed with me.
If it’s your first trip...
I’d put these at the top of your list.
💧 Drink glacier water at Athabasca Glacier
Just don’t blame me when your hands freeze because you keep going back for “one more sip.” 😂
🛶 Canoe on Lake Louise
Expensive?
Yes.
Worth experiencing once?
Absolutely.
🌅 Watch sunrise at Moraine Lake
One of the most beautiful mornings I’ve ever experienced.
Hundreds of people...
Yet complete silence.
It’s one of those rare moments where strangers all stop to appreciate the same thing.
🚤 Take a boat out on Lake Minnewanka
I did a speed boat tour the first time...
The second time, I simply admired it from the shore.
Both experiences were unforgettable in completely different ways.
💛 My Take
The views are incredible.
But it’s the experiences that you’ll still be talking about years later.
🤍 My Favourite Moment
Watching the first sunlight hit Moraine Lake while everyone sat quietly together.
No phones.
No conversations.
Just people sharing one beautiful sunrise.
I’ll never forget that.
🎒 If I Came Back...
I’d do every single one of these again.
Maybe with warmer gloves for the glacier this time. 😂
