Honestly, I almost skipped this trip—300+ km away from Taipei?? My lazy self said no. But my inner foodie CEO-wannabe said, "Let's go secure the bag (or at least that fancy lunch)."

So off I went to the CHIMEI Happiness Factory (because happiness = frozen dumplings), the Hundred Machinery 百城機械企業股份有限公司 (so this is how xiao long bao gets stuffed automatically), and the 奇美博物館 Chimei Museum where I finally saw something older than my dating standards.

Who knows? Maybe this trip will help me build my future food empire, find a boyfriend who loves factory tours, or at least land my next big gig.⁠
