We give our best wishes to a Moreton Bay Sargeant and his son who is currently under medical care in a critical condition after an attempted su***de at Morayfield not too long ago.

Appears to be a car accident on Samsonvale Road westbound just after Windrest Street. Police van is semi on the road so traffic is having to go ontot he wrong side to get around. Pleaae drive carefully in this area.

Fatal stabbing in Todds Road Lawnton. Road is not closed but non local traffic advised to stay out of the area.

NARANGBA SHOOTING UPDATE
Army has shot 7 gunmen while 3 have surrended. With up to 82 officers in hospital, 3 soldiers alsp in hospital and up to 212 army and police staff responded. Exclusion zone is now only 1.5km around the property.

Scout Road is currently closed to due a truck and motorcycle accident. Westpac helicopter is on scene.

EMERGENCY SITUATIOM DECLARED
NARANGBA SHOOTING
It is estimated up to 150 officers are on scene woth up to 75 being transported to hospital. Army is responding. 8km exclusion zone inside and around Narangba has been set up. STAY INDOORS DO NOT GO OUTSIDE.

Pikachu is at it again... This time causing a driver to veer onto the footpath hitting and serioudly injuring a 3 year old and her mother in Dayboro yesterday morning around 9:00am. Police are asking for witnesses as it was a hit and run.

Police would like to thank everyone for their help with the driver of a serious car accident in Francis Road at 4:52pm yesterday afternoon. Forensic Crash Unit are on scene investigating whether PD fatigue had a factor. We cannot say the condition of the PD but the driver is on su***de watch for the next 2 months. Traffic will be slowed to 40km/h during investigations.
