ARREST OF ONE ACCUSED PERSON IN ATTEMPT TO MU-DER C@SE OF
KANCHANBAGH-PS
The sleuths of Police Kanchanbagh PS, Chandrayangutta Division, South East Zone, Hyderabad apprehended the accused person who committed Attempt to mu-der near Owaisi school, Hafeezbaba nagar, in the limits of Kanchanbagh PS, Cr.no.141/2025 U/s 109 (2) BNS of Kanchanbagh PS.
Name of the complainant: Shaik Khader Ali s/o Late shaik ali, age: 55 years occ: Business, R/o:H.No. 23-1-389 to 391/1, Bibi Bazar, Mirchowk, Hyderabad.
Date, Time & Place of occurrence: On 04.10.2025 at about 1700 hours near Owaisi school,
Hafeezbaba nagar, Hyderabad
Brief Facts:
On 04.10.2025 at about 1900 hours received a telugu written complaint from Shaik Khader Ali in which he stated that on 04.10.2025 at about 1730 hours, he received an information that his son Shaik Saif, was attacked by Taher bin Abdullah Barrawaz over a financial dispute. Taher owed Saif Rs. 33,000/-. On the pretext of repaying the money, Taher lured Saif to Hafeez Baba Nagar. There, he stabbed Saif multiple times in the neck and shoulder from behind and fled from the scene. Shaik Saif sustained severe bleeding injuries and was admitted to Owaisi Hospital for treatment. The complainant has requested necessary action against Taher bin Abdullah Barrawaz.

Taher bin Abdullah Barrawar Ahmed S/o Abdullah Bin Salah, age 20 years, Occ: Sales Man at Foothpath Charminar R/e Hno 18-12-418/606, A block, Near Owaisi School, Hafeezbaba nagar, Hyderabad.
Property recovered.

Previously Dastagir was involved in below mention case
1. Cr. No. 255/2023, U/s 341,324,323r/w 34 IPC of PS Balapur. Hyderabad.
Motive
The accused person is the friend of victim. He was addicted to consume alcohol, cigarette and G***a. In 2023 the accused sold his friend Saif's Pulsar 220 for Rs. 16,000/- and agreed to give him Rs.13,000/- (kept Rs.3,000/-). The accused delayed repayment. Once Saif and his
friends assaulted the accused and his father, the accused filed Cr.No. 167/2023 U/s 324 r/w 34 IPC; both parties later compromised in Lok Adalat. In Dec 2024 the accused took a hand loan of Rs.33,000/- from Victim for a salwar-suit business, repaid Rs. 10,000/-, then stopped payments after business losses. Victim repeatedly demanded money and abused the accused. Then accused kept grudge and planned to end the victim life. As per my plan on 05.10.2025 at about afternoon hours accused took my friend irshad phone and called victim and asked to come hafeezbaba nagar to ask my parents of Rs.5000/- from which accused offered Rs.3000/- for victim and Rs.2000/- for accused but victim refused to come then accused said accused will come to you and asked him for his location then he said to come to Taiba market Charminar. Then accused took one knife from his house which is purchased in the Moharram time and concealed the knife under his clothes and proceeded to Taiba Market, Charminar on his Activa bike and met victim and Ahmed. Then accused gave his bike to victim to drive the vehicle, accused sat backside and ahmed sat in between them. Later they reached near Owaisi School where accused dropped Ahmed at Mirror saloon shop and they proceeded to accused house, when they reached near Saif pan Mahal, accused took the advantage and took the knife out from his clothes with his right hand with an intention to kill the victim and to take revenge and accused stabbed him from backside on bike, then victim fell down but accused continued to stab him and he escaped from there, then accused took his Activa bike and kept the knife in Activa dicky and searched for victim but could not found him. Later accused kept his bike near one milk shop and escaped from the place.
Today ie. on 06.10.2025 at about 0630 hrs on the receipt of credible information Sri.S.Krishnakanth S.I and staff apprehend the accused near Double Bedrooms, Shivalalnagar, Kanchanbagh, and being produced before the Hon'ble Court.
On 24.07.2024 at 09:45 hours on the receipt of credible information K*m Ambica S.I and staff apprehend the accused near A block, Near Owaisi School, Hafeezbaba nagar, Hyderabad and being produced before the Hon'ble Court.
The case is being investigated by Y.Kamal K*mar Inspector of Police with assistance of Sri S.Krishna Kanth S.1., Sri. M. Mahender Reddy, PC 6385, Sri Y. Nagaraju, PC 5446 of PS Kanchanbagh, under the close supervision of Sri. A. Sudhakar Sir, ACP Chandrayangutta. monitored by Sri. K.Sreekanth Sir. Addl.DCP South East Zone, under the guidance of Sri. S.Chaitanya K*mar Sir, DCP South East Zone, Hyderabad City Police.
