It is truly the memories that filled the roads today as MIA/SMAJ alumni sets off caravan that embarks the connection of everyone. The journey is more than just a drive as its also serve as a celebration of cherishable past experiences that renewed unity.

This year's caravan is a beautiful reminder that, as we move forward, the memories we've shared continue to bring us closer, strengthening the bond we have as alumni and as a family.

As we celebrate the Holy Eucharist, the warmth of nostalgia and reminiscence with our alumni feels like flipping through the golden pages of time. It inspires our alumni family to reconnect once more, returning to old friends filled with joy, gratitude, and memories that strengthen our bond.

Just as our Mother Mary returned to the way of the Lord to find Jesus, may we also find our way back to His grace and love, carrying with us the lessons of faith, unity, and humility. May this celebration not only rekindle past connections but also deepen our commitment to walk steadfastly in the path of the Lord, together as one family.

Join us for a day of reconnecting with old friends, reminiscing about cherished memories, and celebrating the enduring spirit of our alma mater.

We'll be kicking off the festivities with a Mass at exactly 2:00 PM. This will be a time for reflection, gratitude, and shared prayer. It's a chance to give thanks for the opportunities and experiences that shaped us, and to honor the legacy we've built together.

Following the Mass, we'll embark on a caravan, culminating in the program proper at the Radiant Shell of Jasaan.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀𝐏 | SMAT Clinches Thrilling 45-44 Victory Over SMAJ in Nail-Biting Intramurals Showdown! 🏆🔥

In a nail-biting finish, St. Mary’s Academy of Tagoloan (SMAT) narrowly defeated St. Mary’s Academy of Jasaan (SMAJ) by a score of 45-44 in an invitational basketball game held during SMAJ’s Intramurals 2024 at the radiant shell of Jasaan.

The game was intense from start to finish, with SMAT staging a remarkable comeback in the final minutes to take the lead. Miguel Robert Casiño, the game’s MVP, played a pivotal role in SMAT’s victory. His exceptional performance throughout the match, particularly in the final minutes, was instrumental in breaking through SMAJ’s tough defense. His relentless drive and composure under pressure earned him well-deserved recognition.

One of the most exciting moments of the game occurred in the final minutes of the fourth quarter when SMAT successfully penetrated SMAJ’s strong defense to take a crucial lead.

As the final buzzer sounded, SMAT celebrated their hard-fought victory, leaving the crowd stunned but appreciative of the intense performance from both teams.

This narrow win not only showcases SMAT’s resilience but also highlights the thrilling nature of the Intramurals and the competitive spirit between the two schools.

Flash Bennett from the Grade 10 Department made a strong start at the SMAJ Intramurals 2024, dominating the first day of competitions. They kicked off the event with impressive performances in Banner Raising and Field Demonstration, leaving their competitors in awe.

The team continued their winning streak with an electrifying Cheer Dance routine that captivated the crowd. They further solidified their lead by winning both the Latin and Standard categories of Dance Sports. Their graceful and precise movements set them apart from the competition.

Despite their early lead, Flash Bennett faced fierce challenges in the main sports games as other teams closed the gap. However, their resilience and team spirit kept them ahead, ensuring their position as top contenders.

In the end, Flash Bennett’s exceptional teamwork and dedication led them to the overall championship. Their journey through the SMAJ Intramurals 2024 will be remembered as a testament to their skill, unity, and unbreakable determination. 💪🏻🔥
