Hey moms‼️ here are some tips I use when I feel overwhelmed.

📖Another one I use that is not listed is journaling. That helps me with my crazy thoughts!

Remember your thoughts are not always true and they don’t control you. 💯

Another tip: whatever you’re going through is only temporary. Practice those affirmations 💕

If you're nervous about getting started because you hate to show your face, or you don't want to on the internet, I get it! The internet is daunting and people are always judging you. But that should not discourage you to start!

Here are some ways you can try to post reels online without showing your face. It may help you feel more comfortable.

1. Try Voiceovers--record something scenic or yourself walking or performing a task and put your voice to it
2. Do the voiceover with text--most social media apps have cool text features, play around with them
3. Find an animation app to help--there are so many out there
4. Use stock images or stock footage--this way you don't need to show anything about you at all and it's already done for you!
