AKWA IBOM STATE HEAD OF CIVIL SERVICE COMMENDS AKSCAC BOSS FOR EXEMPLARY LEADERSHIP AND INDUSTRIAL HARMONY

The Head of the Civil Service in Akwa Ibom State, Elder Effiong Essien, has praised the leadership of Dr. Unwana Joshua, Head of the Council for Arts and Culture Akwa Ibom State (AKSCAC), for his exemplary conduct and the positive influence his leadership has had on industrial relations among management, staff, and the Labour Union within the State Council.
The commendation was delivered during a recent courtesy visit to Elder Essien’s office by the management team of AKSCAC, accompanied by executives of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU). Elder Essien commended Dr. Joshua for fostering a culture of open communication and collaboration, which has led to a noticeable improvement in the working environment at the Council.
“I have observed a significant enhancement in the harmonious industrial relations within AKSCAC,” Elder Essien stated. “This positive development is a direct result of the proactive and effective leadership of the Head of the Council for Arts and Culture.”
Addressing the delegation, the Head of Civil Service emphasised the vital importance of maintaining healthy industrial relations to achieve organisational objectives and increase productivity. He urged all stakeholders to sustain this positive momentum through ongoing dialogue, mutual respect, and understanding.
“I encourage all parties to uphold the spirit of cooperation and understanding that has been cultivated,” he added. “This will undoubtedly contribute to the ongoing success of the Council for Arts and Culture in Akwa Ibom State.”
