Hey, I'm Dr. Christelle! Here's WHY I started Chiro Captions 👇

Pssttt...you don't have to post on social media everyday!

This is your reminder that progress is all about setting a schedule that works for you. Never mind what anyone else is doing, what works for you? For your family life? For your clinic? For your team?

Consistency is key when it comes to growth. My clinic team is committed to posting every other day and doing a story every day. We know we have the capacity, time and energy wise, to do this. However, should our capacity for this change, we will adapt.

How many hours do you spend working on your clinic's social media?

Before Chiro Captions, our members averaged 3-4 hours per week scheduling out their social media posts.

WHY are you chiropractor?

The WHYs behind our actions and goals are one of the most important things. It's why we get excited to get up and go adjust patients. Why we are so passionate about what we do.

My two chiropractic whys 👉 1: I love the impact that chiropractic makes on people's lives, especially because adjustments help them turn on their OWN healing powers. 2: I love adjusting kiddos, seeing them THRIVE, and knowing that the next generation's nervous systems will be more regulated and adaptable.

This is your permission to pause...to slow down...to rest ❤️

It's been a hot minute since we've posted anything, which as a social media focused business, that's probably weird. It's also totally okay.

As business owners, society tells us that we have to always be pushing towards the next goal. To the next PV best. To a record collection month. And if your nervous system or personal life needs more TLC? Well, you should still push forward, at least that's what we've been told.

Do you ever feel guilt for not wanting to push towards that big shiny goal?

If this is you, this is your permission to rest. Rest doesn't mean you'll "go backwards". It means you are taking care of you, of your nervous system.

I gave myself permission to rest and damnnnn, it's been a wild ride. So much growth and healing has been occurring. My cup is full and I'm ready to serve more chiropractors!

Fellow chiros, fill your cup first. Then let all that passion flow through your community.

How are your patient's doing with the back-to-school season? I see a lot of stressed out moms during this time, and I find that a lot of the time all they need is an ear & someone to listen to them as they release some of that stress (usually while they get adjusted). One of my biggest tips would be to encourage your patients to do that, but also encourage your social media followers too. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

👏👏👏A great way to encourage your followers to become patients is to treat them like they already ARE. That way they get a taste of what it's like to have you as their self-care supporter!

Find your productive space, whatever that looks like for you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Whether it's at your desk, next to your favorite plant, with a coffee to your right, or it's on your couch at home with your feet propped up on the coffee table! There's no wrong space to be productive (except maybe your bed), and once you find it take advantage of it as often as you can 💻

How adorable is my nephew!? I'm so thankful for my incredible patients, that make it easy to take time off and do things like visit my incredible family (especially this little guy 😉). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If your patients are as amazing as mine, you probably want to spend most of your time giving them the best care possible. And you definitely DON'T want to sacrifice that time for something like social media, or more specifically grueling over thinking up captions. Let's talk photos. Obviously, on Instagram, photos are part of the package. Videos and reels are booming (have you tried posting those yet?).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But getting photos is step 1, and that can be a challenge, especially if you're someone that don't love asking the question "Is it okay if I take a photo of you?" 😂⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Posting pictures of YOU is important, because you're most likely the face of your clinic. But fully representing your clinic means also posting your patients, day to day life, and behind the scenes. That means... at some point you have to ask the dreaded "can I take your picture?" question and get a littleeeee uncomfortable 🥴⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BUT it gets easier, I promise! Especially once your patients start to understand why you're doing it 👍 And if they love you as much as they say they do, they'll be honored to be part of your clinic's image 😉
