God's love is unconditional - John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son...
No conditions, God loves you and me.

But to have eternal life, there's a condition - John 3:16 - ...that whosoever believes in Him(Jesus Christ) will not perish but have eternal life.
To have eternal life, the condition is whoever believes in Jesus.

I believe this applies not only in studying but in life as well.

If we let temptations "linger", like always watching sexually provocative reels, or letting unforgiveness fester in our thoughts, we will probably give in to sin sooner or later.

This is why the Bible teaches us:
1 Corinthians 6:18 NASB2020
[18] Flee sexual immorality. Every other sin that a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.

Put down that phone, look away, don't go if you know you might be tempted, focus on God, fill your mind with thoughts of God, and PRAY!
