TIPS - 📋
1. Get sunlight/fresh air.
2. Follow an anti-inflammatory diet.
3. Reduce toxins around you.
4. Light exercise.
5. Take supplements to fill gaps.
6. Reduce stress.
7. Find support- therapy, social media pages, family, friends.
8. Prayer.
9. Work on mindset.
10. Give yourself grace.
