First Time Tasting AUTHENTIC VIETNAMESE Pancakes 🇻🇳

CAN THO, VIETNAM: While waiting to check in, our homestay host recommended a restaurant called Cần Thơ Farm, which has a farm-to-table concept. We visited the large area at the back of the restaurant, which was filled with vegetables, fruits, herbs, and even animals!

There, we were introduced to another famous Vietnamese dish: Bánh xèo, a crispy yellow turmeric pancake filled with shrimp, pork, and a variety of vegetables. Simple, savoury, and nutritious, you can't miss this while visiting Cần Thơ!

Preah Monivong Bokor National Park was probably one of the strangest but amazing places we visited in our travels, from abandoned colonial buildings filled with beautiful graffiti art, and majestic temples to beautiful nature and wildlife.
