Hi,
It's nearly Xmas again so it's time for my now decades-long traditional Yuletide whinge about how appalling Public Transport is in Mt Gambier, and why that's just another physical manifestation of Mt Gambier City Council's abject and malicious contempt for all Ratepayers/Citizens.
And by happy happenstance, this is also exactly the sort of infuriating minutiae I like to engage in to distract myself away from the psychotic violence engulfing humanity, eg, the Gaza Genocide, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Somalia, Yemen, Iran, Ukraine/Russia, Venezuela, etc etc.
Not least of all confronting, 1) that the vast majority of this violence is being committed by governments/countries that I am being told I must support, because 2) these governments are our "allies", and 3) the country to which I was born, is openly supportive of this violence and the governments perpetrating it.
By the actions of my complicit government, I am complicit in all of this government-driven violence.
Not gunna' tell you how to feel about it, just sayin' my piece.
Mt Gambier City Council has a legislated responsibility to provide all infrastructure related to provision of Public Transport.
That means, MGCC is legally responsible for providing appropriate access to stops, eg, cement footpaths/shelter surrounds, suitable shelters, signage, lighting, etc.
Most stops across Mt Gambier don't even have a shelter, let alone proper 'mobility' access, or even footpaths near them, etc.
This illustrates the cynical deceit of MGCC's vacuous self-congratulations about how these "new bus stops opposite the RSL are accessible for people with a disability and prams". (ABC News Facebook - link below, and I remind y'all that a serving MGCC Councillor's spouse runs the ABC South East.)
The stops in Ferrers St have exactly the same 'accessibility', and 'access' to the majority of stops in Mt Gambier is highly problematic, with some inaccessible.
MGCC does not give a tinker's curse for 'accessibility', it's just words on a page to create the pretense of caring about others.
Moving those stops to where they are, Sturt St, completely open to inclement weather from any direction but especially the Winter Southerlies, is absolutely deliberate, is done with malice, it's not just mind-numbing incompetence, it is Mt Gambier City Council shamelessly parading their malicious contempt for Ratepayers/Citizens.
Again.
The fact that MGCC has seen fit to burn $80k of Ratepayers' hard-earned, on such a malicious project, is just heaping yet more contempt onto the already flaming pyre.
And here comes the Yuletide whinge bit; due to Public Holidays, Mt Gambier has no Public Transport for 7 out of the 10 days across Xmas/New years, usually with a 4-day long weekend.
But I guess that absolutely none of this affects you if you and your mates have just bought each other lovely new luxury 4-wheel drives (6 of them?) at Ratepayers' expense, to use 24/7/52, at Ratepayers' expense, so, it's not really a problem is it?

Hi,
Years ago I read an interview with a Hawaiian big wave surfer who was asked 'how do you deal with it when you get wiped-out by those massive waves and are getting rolled around the bottom of the bay?'
He responded, "lie down there and enjoy it", going on to explain that panicking was the actual enemy, not the waves.
'You've done all your training, breathing exercises, running around the seafloor carrying rocks, etc, and eventually you're gunna' bob-up for air, get slammed again, that'll happen a coupla' times, then there's a break in the sets and you get out, find your board, and start again'.
I regularly apply this as a metaphor to dealing with my diagnosed PTSD stuff (Agoraphobia/Depression/Anxiety), been here before, best strategy is to just 'lay down' if not 'enjoy' it, grab a breath where/when you can, and inevitably bob-up somewhere on the other side of it all.
A deeply imperfect stratagem but otherwise functionally effective.
And that's the week I've had, starting first light last Friday 5th December 2025.
On ABC Sth East Radio (Mt Gambier), a long profile piece on the recently declared Labor candidate for the seat of Mt Gambier, a Mr Keys.
Never met the man, know nothing about him outside of that interview, nor am I inferring/insinuating his personal involvement in any of the following.
Mr Keys was (still is?) an office holder with the Teachers Union, and is the nephew of long-term Labor politician Steph Keys.
The Teachers Union are intimately complicit in the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up; the teacher involved, Glyn Dorling, was the TU rep at St Martins at the time of his 'removal' in June 2002.
It was a panel of TU members and/or office holders who comprised the Teachers Registration Board panel, TRB Hearing March 2003- Nov 2004, that us parents politely forced them to do, and that then completely exonerated Dorling.
The TU/TRB official explanation/justification was 'yes, those contacts with 7yr old students did occur, but we believe Mr Dorling's evidence/defence that the kids were forcing themselves on him and that he couldn't stop them'.
Not my opinion, not my version of events, the exact TU/TRB reasoning/justification.
SAPol refused to attend that TU/TRB hearing to present the zero evidence they'd gathered by failing/refusing to do any investigation what-so-ever.
I have a thick folder of correspondence between myself and (then) Minister Keys re the St Martins Child Abuse issue, one of many such folders re multiple Labor Ministers, Premiers Rann/Weatherill, local/state politicians, the TRB, etc etc etc, in a context where all are absolutely, knowingly complicit in the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up.
That interview was followed-up shortly after with a news item about how former SA Premier Jay Weatherill was jetting-off to London as our new High Commissioner to the United Kingdom.
Absolutely intimately/personally/repeatedly/definably/provably complicit in and arguably actually responsible for the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Cover-up.
And then that afternoon, reports of yet another emerging Sth Oz Child Abuse 'scandal' involving nearly 40 schools, and 'missed opportunities to stop the perpetrator', and 'parents weren't told', etc etc etc, like it hadn't all happened dozens of times before.
And all of the trauma, all of the abuse/manipulation/deceit we parents copped from these corrupt 'Authorities', all of that is as fresh as the days it all happened, with the added trauma of having tried so hard to achieve justice for our kids and/or at least positive change to protect kids in future, and having clearly failed so miserably/utterly.
So's round-about Monday morning I felt myself 'surface' briefly, took a 'deep breath', and then just lay back down, bobbed back up the other day, down again, etc etc, and on and on we go.
Like the good book says on it's cover, DONT PANIC.

Hi,
As is my want, gunna' have a pot-shot at several issues, but all very much based on a central theme.
Attached below is the link to a new Facebook website, literally actually only started on the weekend, called The Blue Lake Briefing Room, apparently of 'Bay Rd Mt Gambier'.
Apologies if I've missed it, but I've been through the site and it's several posts, and whilst claiming to be various things, eg, "a veteran", it doesn't appear to have an identified mediator/author.
Whoevs is clearly gettin' right amongst it to a degree that I initially did, like, 12+ years ago when I started TMGI The Blog, and back 2 decades and more re the St Martins Child Abuse Cover-up, etc.
If this is a genuine site being run by someone(s?) genuinely concerned and havin' a genuine crack at it, etc etc, I'd offer this person(s?) kudos, but also, some sage advice.
Be very, very careful of what you wish for when it comes to seeking help/action/justice from the South Australian Ombudsman and/or Office of Public Integrity.
Any imputation/inference of even only possible/potential Maladministration and/or Corruption committed by Mt Gambier City Council, made to the OPI and/or Ombudsman, that then immediately falls within the purview of the Independent Commission(er) Against Corruption.
And that's some very thin ice that you don't wanna' be skatin' out on, especially given that the SA ICAC has a particularly morbid fascination with all things 'Mt Gambier'.
I'd refer y'all to the official ICAC 'investigation' of MGCC, October 2013-January 2014, as triggered by my reports (July-Sept 2013) to (then) Member for Mt Gambier Don Pegler, and to the Ombudsman.
This ICAC 'investigation' consisted of 2 half-hour, unrecorded chats, 1 with me in the middle of a busy cafe, and the other with (then) MGCC CEO Mark McShane.
I'd direct y'all to the appropriate page via the relevant link, etc, but this 'investigation' does not exist on the ICAC website.
Nor is there a single mention of the precedent prosecution of the ICAC Act 2012 sec56 'Secrecy Clauses', ie, my 3+ year long trial, 18 'Convictions', $540k fines, etc etc, relating to 'blogging' about that specific 'investigation'.
None of any of all of that, the 'investigation' of MGCC and the extraordinary investigation/prosecution/persecution of the 'whistleblower' involved, not a single word on the ICAC site.
Then, in March 2024, ICAC Commissioner Vanstone committed to the Hansard an official statement falsely denying 1) any ICAC involvement in my prosecution, 2) that legislation was changed to facilitate/allow prosecuting me (retrospectively), 3) that I was fined $540k, etc etc.
In 2020 SA Corrections tried to have me gaoled re these same ICAC 'Convictions'.
So whoevs you are, if you're genuine, I genuinely wish you every success, but please, for gourd's sake, please be careful, especially if/when ICAC inserts itself.

Hi,
I'd really love to lay claim to some divine wisdom, some messianic genius, really love to tell a few people 'I told ya' so', etc etc, but when ya' really just pointin' at the bleedin' obvious and sayin' 'hey, there's the bleedin' obvious', well, that's just pointing.
Now, I've a fairly intimate understanding of what Mt Gambier City Council is and how they 'function', but even I was stunned to hear what was reported on the ABC South East Radio this morning.
And very specific to the context of the veracity of this apparently damning reportage, the ABC SER is run by a MGCC Councillor's wife.
So, apparently, MGCC have stated outright/publicly (at their Full Meeting last night 18 Nov 25???) that they have viciously hiked Rates for Primary Producers (by 250%) to force them to sell and open-up that land for housing.
(*Apologies that I didn't get a recording so I can't provide a direct quote/transcript, but that last sentence is damn near verbatim, and the 'Replay' available tomorrow, then for several weeks after at the ABC SER Replay web-page, link, https://www.abc.net.au/listen/programs/southeastsa-breakfast *)
Now I ain't no sortta' legal thesaurus, but in my book, that's Extortion, ie, do what we want (sell the land) or we will extract money from you.
And even if I'm being overly dramatic and it's not actually actual direct Extortion, just 'cos it looks like actual direct Extortion, why-oh-why on earth would MGCC say it out loud?
Why not just say 'to align current usage with equitable Rate value pertaining to residential properties we foresee a modest increase in line with current land values, etc etc etc, blah blah blah', or some drivel like that, ya' don't say 'sell-up to developers or we'll bankrupt you'.
It's another deafening manifestation of MGCC's abject contempt for Ratepayers/Citizens; don't care what you think and/or how it affects you, so blase to suffering/opinion, and entirely unafraid of ever being held to account.
I recently posted about this exact agenda, to force PPs off the land then bury it under houses.
At the very least, one assumes then that all of the issues re overloading and/or lack of critical infrastructure/utilities, eg, water/waste/whatevs, issues that have stalled several other major housing developments already, now all of that has been successfully resolved, and not just resolved, but allowance/capacity made for huge increased demand.
One assumes.
Bottomline, MGCC is desperate for the increased Rates of vastly increased housing, only to get it all and shovel it furiously into the Fiscal Furnace that is the Farcical Aquatic Recreation Centre (Wulanda).
People have also asked me, 'why have MGCC dropped Rates for Commercial Properties?', and I just tell them to look at whom owns some of those businesses, their connections to MGCC, etc, it's all quite self-explanatory.

Hi,
Reckon it was ol' mate Oscar Wilde who said something to the effect, "There's only one thing worse than being talked about...and that's not being talked about".
So in that noble tradition, honouring our illustrious civic leaders by talkin' more smack about all things Mt Gambier City Council.
And there's literally/actually so much to discuss/dissect that we're gunna' start in one place, cover multiple issues, and wind-up somewhere entirely different, other than it's right back where we began.
Just another Saturday morning, just another sycophantic cacophony of pro-MGCC propaganda on ABC South East Radio.
Starting with profuse effusive praise of the $140k Blue Political Dead Cat and how, apparently, everybody loves it now, and it's just so great for Mt Gambier, etc etc, and 'vandalising' it with googly eyes is abhorrent, blah blah, all delivered with the usual direct inferences that those who disagree are just too stupid to understand 'Art' and/or hate Mt Gambier.
Followed almost immediately by a long 'interview' with MGCC about the, wait for it, 'Public Consultation' they're doing re the proposed changes to Rate structures.
These 'proposed' changes that massively raise Rates for Primary Producers, in what is a blatant attempt, a direct agenda, to force PPs off prime production land and bury it all under houses.
I politely remind y'all that the ABC SER producer is married to a serving MGCC Councillor.
I also politely remind all Ratepayers/Citizens of the 2010 MGCC/District Council of Grant 'Boundary Adjustments' that directly profitted multiple people on both Councils, and which brought large PP areas into MGCC.
I also also politely remind y'all that MGCC did no 'Public Consultation' on the appalling Bus Terminus 'shelters' in Sturt St opposite the RSL, which, incidentally, now have sides, sort of, and seating, sort of, but remain entirely unfit for purpose.
Yet still politely I remind y'all that in July 2023 Premier Malinauskis declared that 'Public/Affordable Housing' was gunna' be built on the old Works Depot site...any day now.
Just last week whoevs in government declared there wouldn't need to be any 'Pollution Testing' along/adjacent the MG Rail Corridor (Rail Lands) because MGCC wasn't going to be given that ground, therefore no housing/development, therefore no testing needed.
MGCC have been desperately trying to get that land to sell/develop to generate diddly-dollaroos to cast shamelessly into the gaping fiscal maw that is the Farcical Aquatic Recreation Centre (Wulanda).
So MGCC will now desperately look elsewhere and Ratepayers, they're lookin' right at yous...oh crap, and me.
And these are all related issues 'cos at it's core MGCC functions for the benefit of Elected Members/Senior Staff/their families/mates, and to heck with everyone else.
And MGCC will lie to your face to achieve that.
The relentless MGCC deceits/gaslighting/manipulation of Ratepayers to get a new $100m basketball stadium by calling it a "$39.1m Indoor Pool", then bury those realities under 'Commercial In Confidence'.
The direct Nepotism of deciding to give specific people a massively lucrative contract, followed by a fake therefore fraudulent 'Public Consultation', a fake therefore fraudulent 'Artist Tender' process, then repeated lies about the 'funding pool', and wallah, the $140k BPDC.
When MGCC decide to give Ratepayers' money to a predetermined candidate/entity, any alleged 'Public Consultation' and/or 'Tender Process' post that decision, is fraudulent.
So there ya' go, about 15 topics, in a vaguely coherent spray, and we wind-up back to this...
And The Oscar Goes To:...below is the link to a page which just bobbed-up in my feed, and I'm sure MGCC will claim this as proof positive of the bountiful benefits of said monument to their Corruption.
'Cos that's how I believe we should all 'embrace' it, as a big ugly blue $140k monument to MGCC's corruption.

Hi,
If you follow the news at all you'll be well awares that it's been another horrendous week of Child Abuse Scandals, particularly in Child Care.
And all the usual experts expertly outlining the vast litany of faults/flaws in 'The Systems', plural, and all the pontificating politicians hand-wringing promises of immediate action, etc, etc, etc.
And it's everything that I and other parents went through from June 2002 onwards when we tried to have all of these exact same faults/failings corrected.
Us few parents had to act to get/politely force Child Protection Services involvement because police and the school refused to do it.
We got/politely forced the Teachers Registration Board Inquiry that ultimately exonerated the teacher.
We got/forced the subsequent Upper House Inquiry into the TRB, an inquiry officially based on that appalling TRB Inquiry and the outcome.
We went through the 'SAPol Complaints' process, achieved nothing, and were repeatedly blamed by SAPol for SAPol's faults/failings.
We were openly/publicly vilified/denigrated by the school as "perpetrators of bad rumours".
Appointment after appointment, meeting after meeting, department after department, politician after politician, all the media stuff, round and round and round.
Back and forward to Adelaide time and again.
For years.
And the response?
The teacher walked away completely unscathed and with a massive pay-out, and us parents who'd actually tried to get something, anything, done about him, we were constantly vilified/abused/betrayed by 'The System' and the politicians, and in our own community.
For everything I've suffered, for everything the other parents have suffered, for everything we've tried to do to address the immediately identifiable problems that make children so vulnerable in a school/care environment, nothing has changed.
And whilst I've learned how to be extremely good at gettin' back up again, there ain't no denyin' the hammer-blow when it falls.
Not gunna' say 'cheers', not today.

Hi,
Was just discussin (that's a discussion that involves plenty of 'dissing' and/or 'cussing') The Ambulance Chaser's latest hilarious efforts to edjumicate us all as to 'appropriate and respectful use of Social Media, etc, (previous post) when this li'l gem was raised with/reminded to me.
Several years ago TAC1 got into a losing argument (about Mt Gambier City Council's actions on the Rail Lands site) with one of the St Martins Lutheran School Child Abuse Coverup parents.
TAC1 knows all about the St Martins Cover-up 'cos they've had it carefully explained to them several times by myself and this parent.
TAC1 accused the parent of getting their 'false info' from a blog (referring to TMGI Blog), then raised the Child Abuse issue.
When that exchange ended, TAC1 immediately contacted that website mediator to have the whole thing removed 'cos they were supposedly concerned about the CA stuff being on there, the stuff they'd put there.
Knew about the parent's involvement, raised it all anyways to try to derail a losing argument, then had it all removed, feigning 'concern' for kids/victims.
TAC1 then went back onto that same website the very next day and tried to redefine/manipulate/deceive about what had happened the day before.
And not even on their own pro-MGCC Propaganda website, on someone else's.
Abusive, cynically provocative, sly, manipulative, deceitful.
What sort of person tries to traumatise a parent re Child Abuse as a tool/weapon to squirm their way out of a losing argument, all in the name of defending the rancidly corrupt MGCC?
The Ambulance Chaser.

Just another MGCC luminary who is complicit in the St Martins Cover-up and has seen fit to attack/harass/denigrate/threaten me.
It is no great exaggeration to state that I alone have been attacked/bullied/threatened/denigrated/abused more times by MGCC Elected Members and/or Senior Staff, than the entirety of that sort of behaviour against MGCC by Ratepayers/Citizens.
MGCC routinely make/use 'Legal Threats' then scurry back behind their lawyers.
That's what makes TAC1/MGCC whinging about it such a sad joke, they're frequent perpetrators screeching about how poorly others treat them.

Hi,
A Quick Preface: 'cos of my sizeable presence and desire to be 'non-intimidating', I'm always acutely aware of keeping my posture/expression/tone/language/volume calm/neutral/quiet; lucky for me that's just how I am anyways.
Despite this I have occasionally still had 'counter-staff' go full panic stations the moment I even say 'I'm not happy about...'.
Their life experience has taught them that that opening line is potentially/likely to rapidly devolve into abuse/yelling/threats, and they've got a quite large man standing in front of them saying The Line.
Even when faced with the sneering/smirking/disrespect that I've been subjected to so many times from across The Counter, I remain quiet/calm.
To further complicate matters, some people find the quiet/calm very threatening, ie, 'why is he so calm? I think this dude is about to kick-off'.
Whatevs, any and all staff, and in this specific post I'm referring to Mt Gambier City Council staff/employees, one and all deserve to be treated with a 'basic respect', as indeed we should treat each other always; it really is that simple.
However, I ain't gunna' tell ya' how to feel/think when it comes to the Elected Members and/or the vastly bloated and grossly overpaid Senior Management.
Points in case, MGCC's "abject contempt" for and "malicious bastardry" towards Ratepayers/Citizens with moving the bus terminus into Sturt St with the appallingly useless 'shelters', and the $140k Blue Dead Cat, and swathe of new luxury vehicles.
Staff should be respected yes, but I'll be damned if I'm gunna' be lectured to about it by The Ambulance Chaser, via MGCC's co-conspirator the ABC Sth East Radio (0745hrs Wednesday 22 Oct 25).
Ten+ minutes of 'MGCC is under attack from abusive peeps', through to being enlightened about 'respectful use of Social Media'.
Yeah, deadset, 'people who are abusive, get carried away, and/or egg-on others, etc, on SocMed', from one of the Masters.
I recall that when I was 'Convicted' (under SA ICAC Act 2012 sec56) in February 2018, The Ambulance Chaser was leading the charge of abuse at me on their website, including their own classic contribution, "He defames people."
Even if they had the faintest idea what the 'Charges' actually were they weren't about to let that interfere with their narrative/agenda.
Upshot of the interview, they'd received 1 nasty text, that was the sum total of actual identified 'abuse'.
Repeated references to "abuses", plural, but not any actual instances/examples that I heard, and ya' just know that if there were specific incidents we'd have heard all about it on repeat rotation in that interview.
In my view, this is yet again MGCC trying to create a problem via a false narrative to justify placing new even stricter restrictions/retributions on Ratepayers/Citizens re access to MGCC.
I guess we'll see.

Hi,
'Cos it's proving so popular/polarising/confusing (for some) we're gunna' have another crack at the Dog Parks Saga. (edit - didn't post full first sentence, here 'tis, apols)
Most people who use Hastings Cunningham Reserve and/or Blue Lake Sports Park, etc, be they sporties or doggo-types, most are respectful of the facilities and other users.
Some are not, and will likely never be, and that's why dog crap/broken glass/litter/vandalism will always be 'issues'.
Just for context, when I was a wee bairn, our school playing fields were in the Adelaide Parklands, and prior to every PE class/sports day/game we would have to do an Emu March across the area to clear it of any broken glass/used syringes/other.
Context: most doggos need to run, even petite puppers, and the new $23k BLSP parks don't allow this (way too small).
Some puppers are well-behaved but have poor recall, etc, and/or are easily distracted/triggered by SQUIRREL!!!
My bad boy has excellent recall/etc but I have to keep him well away from horses 'cos he gets oddly whiny/focused.
Context: I know several people who have to exercise their doggos away from other dogs 'cos their pupper gets very stressed, ie, they use baseball pitches 'cos they provide privacy/security/control.
I re-refer to my previous post with the BLSP mud-map plan for statement gateway and related tourist/doggo facilities at the Dohle Rd/Jubilee Hwy corner, and the 250m+ along Dohle Rd perfect for 2-3 doggo runs/parks.
With both HCR and BLSP it's Mt Gambier City Council's conduct/actions that are the issue here; it's what they do and/or don't say and/or do.
Say that 3 times fast.
In 2023 MGCC ratified the massively expensive/expansive BLSP Master Plan, having previous told clubs/tenants that the velodrome/club house was gunna' be moved to HCR (cancelled due to cost).
MGCC then knee-jerked the Dog & Cat Management Plan (+expensive related metal signs) over that BLSPMP, meaning the South-West baseball pitch (current) becomes a soccer pitch (BLSPMP) then "future proposed" Dog Parks (DCMP).
At HCR, Apollo Soccer Club are illegally felling/selling-off/burning-off, got their sprinklers goin' all the live-long day, and now it looks like a major reno/rebuild of the clubrooms
Meanwhilst it's a $140k+ Blue Dead Cat at the Main Corner that is MGCC corruption/deceit/disdain for Ratepayers quantified, and just 'round the block in Sturt St it's a seatless/shelterless manifestation of MGCC's "abject contempt" for Ratepayers/Public Transport users.
Add Wulanda, another litany of MGCC deceits/corruption, a $80m+* multi-generational debt-yoke that provides neither 100m Indoor Pool or large Stadium/Pavilion, the two things Ratepayers actually wanted. (*figures from MGCC Budgets, minimum, alleged to be $100m+)
The one constant is that it's Ratepayers' diddly-dollaroos, every cent, whatevs the source, Rates/Funding/Grants/etc, and wherevs it goes, Wages/Infrastructure/Allowances/etc, it's Ratepayers a-payin'.
All issues in context, and as valid as questions/concerns/'Comments' are, but I would argue that Mt Gambier Ratepayers need be more concerned about what we're all drowning in, MGCC Debt, how that debt has been accumulated, eg, Wulanda, and how that debt compromises future development, eg, BLSPMP, etc, than who's occasionally slipping in what/where/why.

Hi,
Bocconcini! Sweet baby cheeses, tab crashed and 3/4-completed post just gone, solid gone man; let's try again.
To clarify re questions/'Comments'/etc about doggo parks/Master Plans/etc.
The Mt Gambier City Council's Blue Lake Sports Park Master Plan 2023 (Option 2 - links below) has massive new infrastructure built right across/cutting-off the main Jubilee Hwy entrance road, other upgrades/renovations, multiple relocating of various pitches/ovals, more bitumen carparks, etc, but no doggo parks.
MGCC's Dog & Cat Management Plan (also below) was rushed-in late 2023 and includes "interim proposed" and "proposed future" dog parks at BLSP.
MGCC has now built a tiny $23k "interim" doggos facility in a third location at BLSP; no shelters, low fence, water-bowl outside, no 2-way safety gates, right where horse events are held, 50m from road/carpark, right under large gum trees, etc.
The DCMP also 'bans' doggos from 'sporting areas'.
Apparently MGCC has shelved their 'plan' to move the BLSP Velodrome to HCR; way too costly.
MGCC has verbally promised all-sorts to various groups at BLSP, and officially via the BLSPMP, but has provided no info re costings/funding/etc.
Hope this clarifies some of the issues, gunna' finish here before the damned thing crashes again,
