Hiiiii! It's been a while!
So I've started losing weight recently and I noticed some changes already. From 85 kg(s), I dropped around 1-2 kg(s) in 2 weeks which is not bad.
Trying to be consistent going to gym and doing daily routines even it's light activities, fixing meal sched, and rest as much as earlier. What matters most to me is that I'm burning at least 200 calories per day, even just somehow hehe.
Hopefully tuloy tuloy na talaga this time. 👍
