Time: Incident on December 2, Arrest on December 16, 2025

Trinell Lorenzo Bowen, 42, of Hampton, was arrested in connection with a commercial s*x trafficking case involving a 39-year-old victim. The incident took place at a hotel in Woodbridge. Charges include abduction, s*x trafficking, and receiving money for procuring persons. The U.S. Marshals Service Task Force apprehended Bowen in the City of Hampton.

Location: 7500 block Margate Ct, Manassas, VA
Time: Between December 9–14, 2025

Police are investigating a burglary at the Summertree Condos after jewelry was reported missing from a residence with an unsecured front door. The incident is believed to have occurred sometime between December 9 and 14.

Location: 16806 Richmond Hwy, Dumfries, VA
Time: December 16, 2025, at 12:51 a.m.

A strong-arm robbery occurred at a local 7-Eleven when a man forcibly reached into an open cash register and stole an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled the scene in a vehicle. No injuries were reported. Police are searching for a Black male, approximately 6’0” tall with a medium build and mustache, last seen wearing layered sweatshirts and black pants.

Henry Joeboni VELASQUEZ

Location: Gainesville, VA
Time: April 20, 2025 (Arrest made December 15, 2025)

Henry Joeboni Velasquez, 32, of Manassas, was arrested on December 15 in connection to an April 20 burglary at Taste of India restaurant on Lee Highway. The suspect allegedly entered through an unsecured door and took cash and bottles of wine. Velasquez is being held without bond and faces burglary charges.

Avery Keith RUSHING

Location: Bristow, VA
Time: December 7–8, 2025

Two attempted residential burglaries reported in Bristow earlier this month led to the arrest of 34-year-old Avery Keith Rushing of Herndon. On December 7 and 8, officers responded to two separate residences on Pale Rose Loop and Orland Stone Drive for reports of damaged front doors from unsuccessful burglary attempts. No property was taken in either case. Rushing was arrested in Fairfax County on December 12 and charged with two counts of felony destruction of property.

Two corrections officers at the Prince William-Manassas Adult Detention Center were assaulted by an inmate early Friday morning. The accused, 33-year-old Karlita Anisa Felton, struck one officer and kicked another, resulting in minor injuries. Felton, who has no fixed address, was charged with two counts of unlawful injury to a corrections officer and remains incarcerated.

Brandon Trevor KELLSTROM

Location: Area of Springwoods Dr and Blysdale Ln, Woodbridge VA
Time: December 14 at 6:41 PM

A road rage incident escalated when a man pointed a firearm at another driver after blocking his path. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Brandon Trevor Kellstrom of Woodbridge, was later located at his residence and arrested. He faces charges of brandishing a firearm and reckless driving. His bond was set at $2,000.

Location: 2900 block of Prince William Pkwy, Woodbridge VA
Time: Incident on December 11 at 11:56 AM; Arrest on December 14

Police arrested 27-year-old Georgina Megan Regazzi, who has no fixed address, for a strong-arm robbery. She entered a man’s parked car without permission and demanded he drive her to another location. After taking several items from the center console, she exited the vehicle. No injuries were reported. Regazzi faces a robbery charge and is being held without bond.

Location: 3200 block of Berlin Ct, Woodbridge VA
Time: Incident on November 30 at approximately 3:30 AM; Arrest on December 13

A 17-year-old male from Springfield was arrested in Fairfax County after a violent incident at a juvenile gathering at the Orchard Mills Apartments. During the party, the accused stabbed a 16-year-old male victim multiple times, while another teen sustained a superficial injury. Both victims received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect is charged with two counts of malicious wounding and is currently in custody.

Location: 14501 Gideon Dr, Woodbridge VA
Time: December 14 at 4:28 PM

Officers responded to an alarm activation at a Sunoco gas station and discovered that suspects had used a brick to shatter the front glass window. Two individuals, believed to be male, fled the scene before police arrived. A K-9 unit conducted a search but did not locate the suspects. Miscellaneous property was reported stolen. The case remains under investigation.

Location: 17400 block of Kagera Dr, Dumfries VA
Time: December 14 at 1:26 AM

Police responded to a call of gunfire in the early morning hours on Kagera Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered that two homes and an unoccupied vehicle had been hit by bullets. A small, dark-colored, older-model SUV was seen leaving the area around the time of the incident. No injuries were reported, but several shell casings were found in a grassy median nearby. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Location: 12800 block of Island House Loop, Woodbridge VA
Time: Approximately 1:00 p.m., December 10, 2025 (reported at 4:29 p.m.)

A suspicious incident involving impersonation of a federal officer was reported at Glen Ridge Commons Apartments in Woodbridge. Around 1:00 p.m., a man reportedly approached an apartment door, banged aggressively, and claimed to be an agent with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The resident, who did not open the door, noted that the man wore a holstered firearm, a black plate carrier with a badge, a black t-shirt with shoulder patches labeled “ICE,” a black mask, and gloves.

Upon investigation, authorities confirmed the individual is not affiliated with ICE. The man is described as white, between his mid-20s to mid-30s, approximately 6’2″ tall, and weighing around 240 pounds.

Police are seeking tips from the public as the investigation continues.
