Happy Friday Y'all!!!

Im very excited about this announcement!

We are finally getting a Preordering platform!! Yay! 🎉
This platform will allow you to pre-order and ensure that you get all the goodies you want and not miss them at the market.
We are happy to collaborate with for this system!

We are launching this with our 4th of July Menu/ Pre order..Note that this is NOT applicable for this Saturday( June 28th) menu/market.(we plan to get there soon!)

Hey guys! We are back this weekend !! As u might have heard, it's going to be a very Hoooottt Saturday 🔥🫠

So come on down bright and early!! And help us 😁✌️

We have a couple of fun bakes for this weekend.. there was just soo much cilantro in the garden, that instead of making the nettle pesto scone again, decided to make a Chutney Parmesan scone 🤤🤤🤤
Its cilantro mint chutney that adds the perfect brightness with the umami of the parmesan cheese.. 🥰
You have got to try it !!

Hey guys! Im so sorry to report that we WON'T BE AT THE MARKET this Saturday...😓
Overall ok, but this week's been really testing my limits 😭😭
Im not doing the best physically, and I think, I just need to hit pause for this weekend. The more I push to get through, the worse it seems to get ..😪

Apologies for the absence from the market if you needed anything in particular :(
We will be back next Saturday, June 21st 🫶

Last weekend for the Apricot Rosemary sourdough bread
Trust me, I'm going to miss this bread too!

So who's ready for this weekend?!
In addition to our regular loaves, we will also have burger buns this Saturday!!
These are Olive oil buns.. instead of butter like the brioche buns, these are more like olive oil brioche buns. Made with 50% all-purpose flour and EVOO- slightly sweet-ish and savory buns 😊 ( sorry ! No picture yet, but stay tuned to the stories tomorrow for a glimpse)

We will also have a bunch of scones and pastries, focaccias, and Oh! ask for secret new cookies 😬😉 (can you guess from the 1st picture? )
These will be slightly discounted as we are still experimenting with the cookies, but I would love YOUR feedback 🫶
And I know I can trust you with that 🥰

Also, there are only a couple of weeks left for the Apricot rosemary bread. So come and get those while they last 😊🙋🏽‍♀️

For the lovers, we will have the financier with jam

Ok guys! Finally getting around to posting after 12 hrs of baking 🙌🙌 with 💪

Just wanna say that we will have a huge menu tomorrow!! Tons of breads and pastries for you all 🫶🫶

Finally caved in and tried the viral

A butter enriched focaccia with a caramely cinnamon brown sugar topping and vanilla glaze 🫠🫠🫠
It's like a huge donut!! 😝😝 lol

Also happy to announce that we have officially switched to TP00 flour for our with a goal to increase
in our bakes 🫶

Come try it for yourself!
We will also have our regular menu and a special financier flavor for tomorrow ✌️ and the lemon raspberry bundlet .. oh and not to forget the ⭐️⭐️


So come on down and get your mom's fav treat or one for yourself! 😁

WE ARE BACK!

I know I have been extremely quite here for the last few weeks..But after being sick for almost a month when I got back from India, it was nice taking a break from social media for a bit..🥲

But as we inch closer to the market days, I wanted to to remind you that our first market is not far!!
In fact, you dont have to wait too long at all!
Our first market of the year will be at the
on April 11th and 12th, at the bend XPO in Moline!!!

It's been too long, and I can't wait to see you all again! At the MADE market, you will see some old and some new menu items! So get excited as we bring you the MAD treats all over again!!

Our regular farmer's market starts soon after!
That will be every Saturday starting May 3rd!
