Today, we are the Gor ward of youth, under Lum Gor Sangtok GPU, initiated a "cleanliness drive at Gor Ward" covering door-to-door areas as well as the surrounding roads. The drive focused on promoting cleanliness, proper waste disposal, and creating awareness among residents about maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
As part of the initiative, we also collected and segregated plastic bottles and other recyclable waste to ensure that waste is managed responsibly and does not end up polluting our surroundings.
The drive was not only about cleaning our neighbourhood but also about encouraging people to develop "better waste-management habits" reduce plastic pollution, and take collective responsibility for keeping our community clean and healthy.
Clean surroundings begin with responsible actions. Together, let’s make our community cleaner, greener, and healthier.🧹🌿♻️
