Stop Starving you of YOU! Make time for YOURSELF! Often times we get so hung up in our day to day we forget to 🔌 into ourselves. There is a such thing of starving yourself from YOU! Take that 15, 30 or even 5 minutes to do something for you. If you not ok then the people you love/depend on you are not ok! Water yourself daily!
