Do you love to cook like we do? 😉 do you measure every ingredients in your dish? 🤔 or you’re like one of the many that know exactly the estimation of what their cooking?

Many people prefer using measuring cups/spoons in cooking or baking. Why? because they are afraid to what would be the result or taste of the food that they are cooking.

Professional cook /chef or some household mothers cook by using estimation. They depend everything on how their palate tastes if they need to add more or less. In the end , resulting to how they want the food taste based on their preferences.

How ironic it is but either way, we want you to know that “you’re doing great!”

FRESH IS BEST! 🥬🍅🥗

Be mindful in what you put in your body as we believe in the saying “ You are what you eat! “ if we eat processed foods, frozen foods , or ready to eat fast food meals, it manifests everything in to our mind and body. We may tend to be grumpy, sleepy,tired,and sick. Why? because our body receives less nutrients and our mind picks up information slowly. In contrary, if we continuously eat fresh, ,organic, home made salads and dishes, we would have a better digestion,great living and positive thinking.

Who among you here love Asian food? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Asian food have so much spices and varieties such as noodles, fried rice ,sauté vegetables , healthy vegetable soup 🍲🥥. The spiciness compliments with its sweetness that’s why, not only Asian people love Asian food but also other nationalities living outside Asia. We can even see Asian restaurants all over the world.

My favorite Asian food is Filipino, Japanese and Thailand cuisines.
