An Order Declaring Wednesday, 21 June 2023, 54th Araw ng Banaybanay as Special Non-working Holiday
WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 8256 "An Act Declaring the Foundation Days and Feast Days of the Province of Davao Oriental and the Municipalities therein as Special Non-working Holiday";
WHEREAS, June 21, 2023 marked as the 54th Araw ng Banaybanay as Municipality of Davao Oriental;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, LEMUEL IAN M. LARCIA, Municipal Mayor of Banaybanay, Davao Oriental, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, 21 June 2023 as special non-working holiday in this municipality.
DONE in the Municipality of Banaybanay, this 14th day of June, in the year of our Lord, Twenty Thousand and Twenty-three.
