Thank you to all who came to the first edition of our new concept, Rituals Cafe - a temporary oasis of soul-healing rituals, groovy tunes, and bites made with love. Second edition will be in April, dates will be announced soon 💕

It was a hypnotic sound that I had never really heard before… one that blended Malian and Saharan rhythms with a deep parallel that shared ancestral ties with the origins of American blues. It made me think about my own roots, the traditions, and rituals that have shaped me and people across time and cultures. In that moment, I knew this sound would be the inspiration for my next creation.
From that day on, I began uncovering more about my roots - my Indian and West African ancestry, the secret ceremonies my Indian-Muslim grandmother used to perform, as well as the wisdom carried in traditions both lost and remembered. I began feeling this deep intuitive connection to exploring the music, rituals, and traditions of the world around me and started blending them into my daily life.
But by 2024, exhaustion from my day job overtook my life, and the idea faded into the background. By the end of 2024, I felt completely disconnected, drained, numb, and running on autopilot. Feeling a desperate need for reconnection, I took a solo trip to Costa Rica - a place that has always felt like home.
