It's been real Fit Friends!
I've unlocked a new part of me & a new level of faith. I have new battles to win on this level & I'm devoting less time to social media to boss up.

Its a forever journey, but to date, I'm 17inches all over & 47lbs down and over 17in. down 🙌🏾 Glory to God. Keep journeying, pray listen to God but be wise if you require medical care.

Forgot to post yesterday. One of my fave types of therapy is working out. I ❤️ leaving everything in the gym. Thank God for the grace to do what I couldn't do 6 years ago.

I pray I inspire others to make One Day, Day One. Stay with it & you'll see a change.

📖 I try to keep my spirit together in the Bible.

🏋🏾‍♀️ I improve my body in the gym & kitchen.

💆🏾‍♀️ I keep my mental together treating ppl right and detoxing from all negative influence as much as I can.

This is a journey yall. It will always be something to work on. You are God's masterpiece and your own work of art. Be kind to others & yourselves. It's a forever work! ❤️
