It is disappointing that SJVNL is running projects costing Millions in the name of Luhri- I,II,III, yet no development has taken place in Behna Panchayat. This clearly shows a lack of commitment and trust-building with the local community, which is forcing people to take to the streets to press for their demands. Constructive engagement and fulfillment of commitments are important for sustainable projects and community relationships.
