More the 85% of women experience period cramps.These are caused due to contraction of uterus.
•Genetics plays a major role in it along with our lifestyle habits, being over weight, smoking and environmental factors.
You need to make some lifestyle changes if you are experiencing extreme cramps.
-What you can do:-
•Do asanas, pranayamas
•morning walk(for 30 mins)
•say no to fried spicy oily food
•no to processed food
•consume easily digestible sattvik food
•Do these asanas for whole month and see the change.

Migraine is a throbbing ache on one or both the side of your head associated with many other symptoms like nausea, vomiting and sensitivity towards sound and light.It become unbearable if not taken care properly.
•These three basic asanas should be done everyday to get instant relief from migraine.
1. Yoga Mudra- It can be done both sitting in padmasana and sukhasana with your back straight and while bending forward your arms should be relaxed.
2.Hastpadasana- make sure you are engaging your legs in it and not stressing your lower back.
3. Setu bandhasana- It leads to a full stretch of the chest ,neck ,spine and hips.
➡️Should be done empty stomach.
