This isn’t to discourage you from giving personal tips. It’s just a reminder that behind that moment is a full team working together. Sometimes the bartender who didn’t speak to you much is just giving space for someone else to shine ✨

annual mentorship program in Phoenix, AR connects women in the hospitality industry with mentor globally, and I’m grateful to participate for the second year in a row.

Mentorship is crucial, even in the bar industry. As the industry evolves professionally, the skills required to traverse it change as well. Most of us, including myself, have had to learn as we go, but now it’s time to pass on the knowledge so the next generation does not have to.

Let’s pass on our knowledge to unlock the potential of the next generation! 🥂
