This is good information. Notice how this is worded...

During Spring & Fall Fire Seasons, it is illegal to burn in or within 150 feet of a woodland, except between the hours of 6PM-6AM.

What does this mean?

It means that open burning 150 FEET OR FURTHER from a woodland is acceptable any time of day/night. But if you are WITHIN 150 feet of a woodland, you must burn between 6PM-6AM.

This is not a "Burn Ban", this is a restriction.

Please be smart about open burning in dry conditions, especially on windy days. Have a dirt break around large piles, a water supply and proper equipment on hand to keep the fire contained. Watch for spot fires from falling embers. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED.
