The center of all power is development, and true leadership is measured by the ability to turn that power into tangible change that improves the lives of the people.

In a bid to ensure that development reaches every corner of the constituency, the Sloya Team, under the leadership of the Constituency Manager Mr Mugadi and CDF Chairman Bwana Muzozo Wycliffe today presented a cheque worth KSh 1,800,000 Shillings to Busweta Primary School for renovation of four number of classrooms.

The support was delivered during the Vokoli Yearly Meeting Conference, reaffirming our commitment to investing in education and creating better learning environments for our children.

We believe every community deserves an opportunity to progress, and therefore have to remain focused on projects that respond to the real needs of our people.

Later, the team attended another conference at Digula PAG Church, where they joined the congregation in fellowship, worship and thanksgiving.

These engagements continue to strengthen our connection with the people while reminding us that leadership is about service, presence and delivering meaningful results.

During the Endowment Fundraising at Ikobero Secondary School in Busali Ward in 2024; the Board of Management, school administration, teachers, parents and students appealed for a school bus to improve transport and learning activities.

Following the appeal, a formal request was presented to the office of Sabatia MP Hon. Clement Sloya, who pledged to support the school by providing a bus.

Today, Constituency Manager Mr. Kim Donwell Mugadi attended the school's AGM and reaffirmed that Ikobero Secondary School will receive the bus.

He confirmed that the project has already been captured in the current financial year's budget and implementation will proceed as planned.

The commitment reflects the constituency's continued investment in strengthening education infrastructure and creating a better learning environment for every learner.

Today, the Constituency Manager, Mr. Mugadi Kim Donwell, and a team representing Hon Sloya issued a cheque of Kshs. 2,000,000 (Two Million) to Kibaala Primary School towards the renovation of 4 (four) Classrooms, reaffirming the constituency's commitment to improving learning infrastructure.

The team also attended the Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Chandumba Senior School, where they engaged with parents, teachers, and other education stakeholders.

Chandumba Senior School is among the institutions that have benefited from a modern storeyed tuition block, which houses classrooms, twin science laboratories, a library, and a conference hall.

These ongoing investments continue to strengthen the quality of education by providing learners and teachers with a better and more conducive learning environment a vision that is spearheaded by Mheshimiwa Sloya.

About 320 households in Chavogere, Busali Ward are set to benefit from a rural electrification drive aimed at improving living standards and boosting local economic activities. The project will provide reliable electricity to homes, schools, and small businesses, transforming daily life in the area.

The Sloya administration has pledged to expand electricity access as part of its development agenda, stressing its role in improving education, healthcare, and creating job opportunities while narrowing the rural–urban development gap.

Residents have welcomed the initiative with optimism, saying it will improve livelihoods and opportunities.
