Please continue to do so until these photo vloggers take down all posts featuring Lipeรฑo learners for their clout and possible monetization.

Let us not normalize activities that sabotage our learners' security eventhough they seem harmless in the eyes of the clueless and the insensitive.

An appeal to public secondary school administrators, teachers and parents:

Re: Freelance Photographers using our learners as vlog content

For your awareness, there is a group of freelance/street photographers who colloquially call themselves 'pitikeros' who conduct random photo shoots of learners outside school vicinities. Then, these photos and videos are used as content in their vlogs. Their pages are named Mikmik Vlogs, Pitik ni Asiong, Simpat ni Balugs and Daks.

The Catalyst of Bolbok Integrated National High School firmly leads the campaign against these acts which clearly violate learners right to privacy and safe spaces. (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

Likewise, the unneccessary, unauthorized and deliberate exposure of children online through vlogs is no doubt a form of EXPLOITATION FOR CLOUT: a violation under RA. No. 7610, as amended by R.A. 9231 and R.A. 11648 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act).

This exploitation will potentially lead to cybercrime when the uploaded photos and videos are used by someone else to promote hate and fabricate stories. With the advent of technology and artificial intelligence, anything imaginable becomes doable.

These photographers may contend that it was the learners who invited them over to schools through their pages' comment sections, yet the responsiblity lies within the hands of the adults. NOT THE STUDENTS OF NON-CONSENTING AGE WHO DEFINITELY LACK THE WISDOM TO DISCERN.

May school authorities not allow these vloggers in their vicinities. May parents remind their children to be vigilant and know better than participate in public photo shoots.

Only then do we deter these types of exploitation.

Bolbok Integrated National High School, October 3, 2025 โ€” A spirit of thankfulness filled the atmosphere as the Supreme Secondary Learner Government conducted Project PAGPUPUGAY 2025: Bolbokenian Teachers' Day Celebration, a special tribute to teachers who play an important role in shaping the future of their students. With the theme โ€œTogether 4 Teachers,โ€ the celebration aimed to foster a sense of appreciation for the teachers who dedicated their lives to their students.

The program began with the Processional of Teachers. The students from different grade levels stood and applauded as each teacher was honored for their years of service and dedication.

Then came the Entrance of Colors led by the EAGLES Officers and Members, followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem by the MAKABAYAN Kiab Officers and Members. A solemn Prayer for Teachers, led by the SSLG Grade Level Representatives, united everyone in gratitude and reflection.

After that, Dr. Lorena L. Torres, Assistant School Principal II for SHS, gave her warm welcome remarks. This was followed by an inspirational message from School Principal II Mr. Alvin J. Sabido. Then, Ms. May L. Anicker, SPTA President, expressed her gratitude towards teachers, acknowledging their unwavering dedication and commitment to shaping the future of the students.

The mood became lively with the opening salvo by the NEW AGE CREW and a special presentation from the PRISM Club, showcasing every student's talents.

Next, the program featured the Spoken Word Poetry Competition Year III, where participants impressed the audience with their creativity and heartfelt messages. The champions were:

Michael Angelo Martinez (Ang Optimistic Kuya ng Grade 11)

Following this, the crowd was amazed by an Arnis Anyo Exhibition performed by Daniel A. Winggins III and Diandra Denise D. Atienza, showcasing skill and discipline.

One of the most awaited parts of the program was The Voice of Bolbok: Teachersโ€™ Edition Year II, where teachers showcased their singing abilities, much to the delight of the audience. The champion for this segment was:

๐Ÿ… Maam Melaica F. Agang (Ang Melodic Mom ng Grade 10).

After all the performances, SSLG President Mr. Arvin Aron E. De Guzman gave a sincere Vote of Thanks, recognizing the efforts that made the event successful.

Finally, the event ended with the singing of the Bolbok Integrated National High School Hymn, symbolizing unity and school pride.

Overall, PAGPUPUGAY 2025: Bolbokenian Teachers' Day Celebration was not only a celebration but also a reminder of the vital role teachers play in inspiring and shaping the lives of future generations.

The 2025 Division Science and Technology Fair was held at Bolbok Integrated National High School, bringing together 25 schools from the Schools Division of Lipa. With the theme โ€œHarnessing the Unknown: Powering the Future Through Science and Innovation,โ€ the event highlighted studentsโ€™ brilliance and creativity through innovative projects and inventions.

Among the competing schools, Bolbok Integrated National High School stood out, winning in several categories and ultimately earning the title of Overall 3rd Runner-Up. 53 years have passed since one of the darkest chapters in Philippine history.

On ๐’๐ž๐ฉ๐ญ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ, Ferdinand Marcos Sr. declared Martial Lawโ€”ushering in an era marked by cruelty, abuse, and the ruthless misuse of power.

This day is not just a date on the calendarโ€”it is a reminder of the courage of countless Filipinos who dared to resist, who sacrificed their freedom, and even their lives, to defend the rights we continue to uphold today.
