Nice little unexpected come-up today…still in the shrink & clean as a whistle. Equally nice price, too (considering the rarity). Quite serendipitous as I’ve been on the hunt for this for a while now & I had just about given up finding a minty OG in the wild. & lo and behold it magically appeared. Another one off the list. 🙌🏼

Celebration of LIFE for the great Walter Scott of The Whispers on the progrum this morning! We lost him yesterday at 81 years young. He’s survived by his brother Wallace (Scotty) Scott. That SOLAR sound! 🔥🔥🔥 Had to rock respective Whispers related sureshots from two of my brethren & . Heaters! Already uploaded the live tribute set to my SoundCloud. I’m not going to be long-winded on this here platform (imagine that!), but this is 52! 52!!!! 52!!!!! Ooh wee! Blessed by the most high to make it another revolution around the sun. Earthstrong! This year I started to eat better coupled w/ daily walks amounting to 10l+ steps a day. Haven’t missed a day in almost three months. Exhilarating !That’s how we’re moving in our early 50s. Music keeps me young at heart..mind….body….soul….Constantly learning old (songs to me) & new (future classics) that bless me aurally on the daily. Speaking of…you know where to catch me today (all day) Come on in & hang out for a little as this year’s bday progrum happens to fall on my actual birth date. Ok Jimmy…Hush! Remember what you said. 😂 Love & Light to all those that make my journey a little brighter! ♥️💜♥️

Nothing like the smell of a fresh book! Can’t wait to dive into this! Fresh out the box today courtesy + & my mellow Earrrllly! Bobbito’s Book of B-Ball B**g B**g! Officially drops 7/1 in shops across the globe. Conception began in spring of 2023 & in seven months the manuscript was complete. Talk about concept to fruition actuality! Bob will be joining us on Breakfast Jammies (7/3) to speak on this memoir of sports, style, and soul. We’ll even (respectively) drop a few rekkids that align w/ the words contained within. Can’t wait to (virtually) sit down with KBL. Hopefully he has a secret vegan knish recipe to unveil to the masses. 😂 Spread the (good) word!

Another day, another wrecka stow! That time (just a few days back) that we narrowly escaped the direct path of tornado in the pursuit of rekkids. We entered on Tuesday & almost immediately heard several objects pound the roof. The lights only flickered for a few seconds & we continued the dig (& grabbed this capture). Peace to my family & praying for all power to be restored in the Pittsburgh area by the weekend. 🙏🏻
