A 2017 Land Rover E10 SUV was reported stolen from a residence in Ashburn VA on Monday afternoon. The vehicle was allegedly taken by a person known to the complainant. Authorities are following up on the lead as part of an active investigation.

Hit and Run Leads to Arrest in Sterling VA

A serious hit-and-run incident in Sterling, VA, on Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a local man. The complainant reported that their vehicle was struck by another car, which then fled the scene. While following the suspect vehicle, the complainant witnessed it collide with a second vehicle. The suspects exited their car and attempted to flee on foot, but deputies quickly located them.

Brian Moreno, 23, of Sterling, was apprehended and charged with multiple offenses, including Hit and Run, Driving While Intoxicated (3rd offense), and Driving on a Suspended or Revoked License. He is currently being held at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center with no bond.
