Another Gold. Botswana's Letsile Tebogo wins 200m race in the Diamond League. Tebogo won the race against USA's athletes, Erriyon Knigton(2nd)and Fred Kerley (3rd).

Tebogo finished the race with 19.64s.

Indeed the media is the main piller of democracy. With the media, our leaders will always perform their responsibilities and be accountable as well.

When you do a Google search for leaders, the image that pops up is someone in a business suit, sitting on expensive furniture in the office, with an elegant desk. But that is an image that I’m not comfortable with. It is not the best true depiction of a leader.

Leaders are more than their suits. A true leader always rolls up their sleeve and works side by side with their team. It is why people say I have an unconventional approach to leadership. I understand that it is about knowing that no job is too small or beneath you. By being involved in all levels of work, you show that you value each contribution, no matter how small. Leadership is not about titles and fancy dress, it’s about actions. Great leaders are those who immerse themselves in the work, engage and inspire others by example.

So, whether you hold a leadership position or not, get your hands dirty. It’s important for your personal growth, connection, and career success.

Let's be honest this is very disheartening. You paid local staffs (Ghanaians) 100 cedis but paid foreign workers 1000 cedis to do the same job.

GBC's Director-General Misinformed Ghanaians. Because, based on the press release from both Institutions, they are literally telling the public the same thing.

The Ministry of Youth and Sports have made it clear that they signed a contract worth $3.6m with the GBC and all the payments have been made. And went ahead to explain how the payments were made.

Now, GBC has also come out with a release explaining in details the amount of money that has been paid to them by the Ministry. And the press release from GBC confirms what the Ministry of Youth and Sports had told the Public Account Committee and the general public.

As a matter of fact, the Director-General of GBC should come out, explain in details and apologize to the Ministry.

I cried tears of Joy when I saw how the people of Botswana hailed and welcomed Letsile Tebogo and their Olympic team back home.

There's this kind of JOY that everyone feels when someone from your country, village, town or continent achieves something that has always been considered Impossible .

The excitement on the faces of the Botswana people is enough to bring tears of joy to your eyes.

We all need to be proud of our countries, the people in these countries (our brothers and sisters), our histories and achievements.

I know that with the way Botswana hailed and welcomed Letsile Tebogo most young people will be encouraged to do more than what he has achieved.

Let's Love our land, what we have and let's strive to sell our countries.

Zoom Lion workers are paid ¢250 ($16) per month. Government pays the Company ¢850 but Zoom Lion pays the workers ¢250.

How can we be so cruel in our own Country. These workers sweep and keeps our environment clean but they are treated like outcast. And the most annoying aspect of it is they've not been paid for almost a year. Eeiii.

This contract must be ended and a change should be made now. Zoom lion workers deserves better.
