: The following is the text of a joint statement by the Quad: Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States of America.

Begin Text:

At the invitation of the United States, Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the United States, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates have engaged in extensive consultations on the conflict in Sudan, recalling that it has provoked the world’s worst humanitarian crisis and poses grave risks to regional peace and security. Ministers committed to a shared set of principles with regard to ending the conflict in Sudan.

First, Sudan’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity are essential for peace and stability.

Second, there is no viable military solution to the conflict, and the status quo creates unacceptable suffering and risks to peace and security.

Third, all parties to the conflict must facilitate rapid, safe, and unhindered humanitarian access and assistance throughout Sudan and through all necessary routes, protect civilians in accordance with international humanitarian law and their commitments under the Jeddah Declaration, and refrain from indiscriminate aerial and ground attacks on civilian infrastructure.

Fourth, Sudan’s future governance is for the Sudanese people to decide through an inclusive and transparent transition process, not controlled by any warring party. The Ministers called for a humanitarian truce, for an initial three months, to enable the swift entry of humanitarian aid to all parts of Sudan, to lead immediately to a permanent ceasefire, then an inclusive and transparent transition process should be launched and concluded within nine months to meet the aspirations of the Sudanese people towards smoothly establishing an independent, civilian-led government with broad-based legitimacy and accountability, which is vital for the long-term stability of Sudan and the preservation of its state Institutions. Sudan’s future cannot be dictated by violent extremist groups part of or evidently linked to the Muslim brotherhood, whose destabilizing influence has fueled violence and instability across the region.

The ministers agreed to closely follow up the implementation of these timelines and affirmed their readiness to exercise their good offices and carry out all necessary efforts to ensure the full implementation by the parties, including to reconvene to discuss further steps.

Fifth, external military support to the conflict parties in Sudan serves to intensify and prolong the conflict and contribute to regional instability. Accordingly, an end to external military support is essential to ending the conflict.

Ministers also committed to the following commitments for their further engagement in support of a peaceful resolution:

To exert all efforts to support a negotiated settlement of the conflict with the active participation of SAF and RSF;
To press all parties to the conflict to protect civilians and civilian infrastructure and ensure humanitarian assistance reaches those in need;
To promote conditions that ensure the security of the broader Red Sea region;
To counter transnational security threats from terrorist and extremist organizations and the conditions that allow them to metastasize; and
To deny space to those destabilizing regional and domestic actors who seek to benefit from continued conflict in Sudan.
Ministers underscored their commitment to restoring peace and ending the suffering of the Sudanese people, as well as their preparedness to engage in concert with African and Arab states and institutions, the United Nations, and international partners to those ends.

Ministers discussed pressing humanitarian and early recovery requirements and underscored the need to continue to galvanize the international community to this end and to build on recent humanitarian meetings.

Ministers confirmed their intention to continue discussions, consultations, and meetings, at the ministerial and sub-ministerial levels, to further their coordinated efforts in support of ending the conflict in Sudan, including support towards the establishment and implementation of an inclusive and transparent transition. Towards this end, Ministers expressed support to efforts by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, through the Jeddah process to achieve a permanent ceasefire in Sudan, as well as the efforts by Egypt with regards to the Sudanese civil and political forces forum which held its first round in Cairo during July 2024. The Ministers agreed to continue their consultations in this regard during the Quad ministerial meeting in September 2025.

During the Grand Renaissance Dam ( ) inauguration eve, the Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed Ali tears up with deep patriotic emotion as the national anthem is sung!
He is proud of himself for fulfilling his duty by serving his people and by achieving his goal of providing electricity to every Ethiopian home. This is what is called leadership. A true leader will always serve the people by prioritizing their growth, well-being, and development; that's how it works in the democratic and free world, unlike what we have here in Chad( The Deby Dynasty).

The Great Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) stands as one of the most remarkable national projects in Ethiopia’s modern history. It is not only a massive hydropower project, it became a symbol of unity and determination among Ethiopians. Just like past in their history, despite the diversity of political views, ethnic backgrounds, and religions across the nation, Ethiopians have come together as one and stood up together, they contributed financially, morally, and politically to make GERD a reality.

The dam reflects a collective vision of self-reliance—an expression of Ethiopia’s commitment to harnessing its natural resources for sustainable development without depending on external powers. This must serve as a lesson to all African nations.

: After looting their natural resources without mercy, the Chadian dictatorial regime is now sending its militias to attack the brave people of Tibesti for standing up for their rights and asking for a small share of what belongs to them from the billions of dollars worth of resources that are being exploited every year from their lands. It is 2025, and this regime still hasn't learn anything. The indigenous people of Tibesti are getting nothing from the billions of dollars worth of exploitation of gold, antimony and other rare earth minerals; with all that wealth, the regime didn’t build hospitals, schools, or provided them with clean running water or electricity. This unacceptable, but make no mistakes, the people of that land are known for their bravery; they are not submissive. Deby Junior is digging his own grave.

# Discovery of , the World's Most Expensive Metal, Already Under the so called SONEMIC's company Control

Rhodium: one of the rarest and most valuable precious metals in the world, with an average crustal abundance of only 0.2 parts per billion. Rhodium is so scarce that the Earth's crust contains barely 10 grams of it.

In mid-April 2025, a discovery that could have transformed the future of Chad Republic was made in the Tibesti mountains: rhodium, a metal rarer than gold and more precious than platinum. The deposit was identified in the Aouzou area, as well as in another location within Tibesti that is still undisclosed by the authorities. Its current price is nearly $260,000 per kilogram, which is approximately 160 billion CFA francs(local currency) for a single ton.

Rhodium is used in automotive catalysts, aeronautics, advanced electronics, and industrial chemicals, making it one of the most strategic and rarest earth minerals in the global economy. A single ton of rhodium could drastically change the lives of Chadians: it could provide food and shelter for millions threatened by famine, rehabilitate the country's under equipped hospitals, and transform every school with modern infrastructure.

However, in Chad, the outcome already seems predetermined. Following the gold which was siphoned off by military leaders, the oil mortgaged to mafia networks, and the antimony disappearing through clandestine shipments facilitated by SONEMIC, rhodium is poised to become the next target of the presidential clan( the Deby Dynasty) Under General Bèguera Charfadine’s leadership, SONEMIC has evolved into a black box, shrouded in secrecy and orchestrating plunder with the tacit approval of Deby junior.

In N'Djamena, it is common knowledge that illicit mining operations are ongoing, often under military protection. Cargoes are reportedly being transported to Libya or Douala before being shipped to destinations such as Turkey, China, or the Emirates. Official figures will be falsified, taxes evaded, and billions will end up in offshore accounts, all while the population suffers from hunger and thirst on land that is, by all accounts, valuable.

The history of antimony has already demonstrated that the so called SONEMIC compagny operates not as a public company, but as a machine for diverting wealth to benefit a select few. Rhodium is likely to face the same fate; it threatens to fuel an even more extensive plunder, with army generals who have already profited from gold and antimony seeking to add this scarce metal to their haul.

Tchad One will soon provide further updates on SONEMIC and its predatory strategies, particularly in the central region of Batha province, where other strategic resources have caught the regime's attention. As long as this mining mafia remains in power, Chad could discover every mineral in the world… yet it will still remain impoverished.

On August 14, Tchad One reported the illegal exploitation of a newly discovered rare mineral, indium, in Tibesti. This critical metal for modern industry currently fetches between $360,000 and $380,000 per ton, attracting the attention of mafia networks eager to exploit it.

Sources indicate that clandestine extraction of indium has begun, with test shipments covertly sent to China, backed by corrupt officials. This pattern mirrors past experiences with antimony, where an ineffective 8% tax did little to curb exploitation, and indium now faces a similar fate.

If managed properly, indium could significantly benefit the Chadian economy. Hypothetical annual production of 500 tons could generate around 110 billion CFA francs, which could finance hospitals and schools. Indium is vital for technologies such as electronic devices, solar panels, and semiconductors, positioning Chad within the global digital economy.

Other African nations, like Botswana and Rwanda, have successfully utilized their mineral resources for development. In contrast, Chad often sees new discoveries linked to military exploitation, corruption, and rising poverty among its citizens.
