Ingredients🍃🍀🍃🍀
• 1 cup fresh horseradish root, grated
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 10–12 cloves garlic, crushed or chopped
• 1 piece fresh ginger root (4–5 inches), grated or chopped
• 2 fresh hot peppers (jalapeño, cayenne, or habanero), sliced (use more for extra heat)
• 1 lemon, sliced (optional, adds brightness)
• 1 orange, sliced (optional, adds sweetness)
• 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary (or 1–2 tsp dried)
• 2–3 sprigs fresh thyme (or 1–2 tsp dried)
• 2–3 sprigs fresh oregano (or 1–2 tsp dried)
• 1–2 tsp turmeric powder (or a piece of fresh turmeric root, chopped)
• Apple cider vinegar (raw + unpasteurized, with the “mother”) — enough to fill your jar
• Raw honey, to taste (added after straining)

Instructions
1. Prep your jar:
Add everything except the honey into the jar.
2. Pour apple cider vinegar over the ingredients until everything is fully submerged.
→ No herbs or veggies should be sticking out above the vinegar.
3. Seal the jar:
If using a metal lid, put parchment paper between the lid and vinegar to prevent corrosion.
4. Store:
Place in a cool, dark space like a cabinet.
5. Shake daily:
Give it a shake once a day for 2–4 weeks (longer = stronger).
6. Strain:
After steeping, strain out the solids.
7. Add honey to taste and stir well.
→ Start small, taste, adjust.



How to Use
• Daily: 1 tablespoon a day for immune support
• When sick: 1 tablespoon every 3–4 hours
• You can mix it in:
• Hot tea
• Water
• Juice
• Or just take it straight like a shot🔥



Storage
• Lasts up to 6 months to a year in the refrigerator or pantry.
• Shake before each use.
