NEWS UPDATE: Naghatid ng pakikiramay ang Department of National Defense (DND) sa pamilya ni Corporal Jerry R. Palacio (INF) PA, na pumanaw noong Jan. 9 habang nagsasagawa ng emergency response operations sa San Isidro, Northern Samar.

Ang nasabing lugar ay nalubog sa baha dahil sa walang tigil na pag-ulan nitong mga nakaraang araw.

"Corporal Palacio was a patriot who was always ready to serve, especially in times of emergency," ayon sa DND.
