We've all been there. We slice open our just-purchased watermelon and it's sweet enough, but missing the crisp texture that makes it amazing. No need to be bummed -- just slice up the watermelon (not the rind) and throw it in your Ninja Professional Countertop Blender. Is is soooo tasty! And BTW, the seeds didn't affect the flavor. Not when you have lotsa great ingredients on hand that are uniformly chopped and paired it with a killer dressing. 🥗

1/3 avocado
raw pumpkin seeds

My killer dressing is hummus, OJ, lemon juice and a little olive oil. Then I seasoned it with sea salt, garlic powder, cayenne and basil.
