What would I suggest that actually works to make men’s lives better?

DO not ej*****te. Even if you sleep with people, don’t let it out. Ej*****te seasonally, The less the better.

Stay sober. There is not one time I go “I’m so glad I got drunk” it is the biggest waste and I see even spiritual gurus justifying it, don’t. It’s not developing thing to do.

This reality works for men when they focus on their ultimate goal. The moment you stray focusing on girls, etc, you get punished.

To be attractive, desired, respected you must be so focused on your goal that nothing gets more attention than it. The rest will work out.
