I am so excited to have found a gluten free and tree nut free bakery close to home. Their products are made from scratch right on the premises.

We bought other desserts and Zoe cleared them. One was more delicious than the other.

Zoe is 7 today! Happy Birthday to my beautiful girl! I have to postpone the celebration for when I am feeling better. For now she is taking care of me. I am so blessed to have her.

October is Dysautonomia Awareness Month. Dysautonomia is when your Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) doesn’t work properly. The ANS manages all of your body system processes you don’t think about. That includes your blood pressure, body temperature, breathing, digestion, heart rate, sweating and much more. With dysautonomia, one or more of these processes do not work as they should.

There are several types of dysautonomia. The most common are postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), orthostatic hypotension and vasovagal syndrome.

Dysautonomia Awareness Month is an effort to help more people recognize and learn about the condition.
